Selected issues of legal forms of persecution in the 60s to 80s of the 20th century in Czechoslovakia Abstract After the year 1948, when the communist regime was established in Czechoslovakia, a number of persecutory instruments were enacted in order to suppress any disagreement with the established regime and to eliminate opponents of the socialist establishment. The thesis focuses on the period of the 1960s and 1980s, when the persecutions did not reach the level and cruelty they had in the 1950s, but they were still a very significant part of the repressive component of the government regime. The main focus of the work is on the persecution in the period before the so called Prague Spring, it follows the period of social relaxation in 1968 and the re-introduction of persecution mechanisms in the period after August 1968. In the first chapters, the work describes and analyzes legal developments after the Second World War with an emphasis on the 1960s and 1980s and subsequently concentrates on specific forms of enforcement, whether it is criminal prosecution, persecution in the field of citizenship, persecution in the field of property law or labor law. Legal Aspects of the Price Regulation in Electricity and Gas Sectors

Legal Aspects of Price Regulation in Electricity and Gas Sector The aim of the thesis is to provide a legal analysis of contemporary price regulation in electricity and gas sector in the Czech Republic. Under the current legal framework of Third Energy Package and the national pricing and energy legislation, the price regulation is most commonly used for natural monopolies which are in in electricity and gas sector represented by the operators of the transmission and distribution systems. From the material aspects, the regulated prices shall cover the economically justified costs to ensure safe and efficient performance of licensed activities, as well as depreciation and reasonable profit to ensure return on investments. From a formal point of view, the administrative acts of price regulation are, in accordance with contemporary case law, considered as normative administrative acts. Nevertheless, the thesis is also considering the other forms of administrative action for the performance of price regulation and the possible review of administrative acts of price regulation.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the cooperation of municipalities between themselves or with other entities. Next goal is setting reasons which led them to using exactly this type of cooperation and reasons which led the members to join the association. The basic components of this thesis are evaluation of the present situation, benefits for their members, projects of this cooperation that has already been done and some recommendation from their members, in case they have comments.
Possibilities of Financing Functioning of a Professional and Amateur Theatre Ensemble in Conditions of the Central Bohemian Region

The teoretical part of the Bachelor's thesis deals with importance of theatres, both amateur and professional. The thesis describes legal forms, which are used in the Czech republic at most and is also dealing with different possibilities of theatre financing. Emphasis is put on comparison between both amateur and professional theatre. The developement of theatre in specific locations, Brandýs nad Labem and Mladá Boleslav, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. Cultural and economic activities of amateur theatrical ensembles in Brandýs nad Labem and professional theatre in Mladá Boleslav are studied close.
Possibilities of theatre financing: Non-professional scene in Prague

This bachelor's thesis deals firstly with the definition of amateur and professional theatre, provides a typology of theatres and is also engaged in various legal forms, which theatres could be. It also touches on the transformation process, focusing on theatres in the City of Prague. The second chapter is devoted to the possibilities of theatre financing from public, private and their own resources. The emphasis is placed on the role of the state and its cultural policy. There are also provided statistics on the number of theatres, their legal forms and methods of financing over the last few years. The third chapter discusses the specifics of the financing of theatres in Prague. Finally, there is an example of amateur ensembles in one part of the City of Prague, in the Horní Počernice.
The forms of provision of public services of municipalities

One of the main present problem of the municipalities is decision about legal forms for provision of public services. In this thesis I'm analysing posibilities of selected legal forms and defining the main factors which influence the decision of the munucipality. In conclusion I'm aplying individual factors to the real example of Sezimovo Ústí and I'm presenting general recomandation for the municipalities.
