The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family business house the level of documentation for building construction. The building is without basement with two floors. House is designed for a family of four to five. Premises will be used as a law office. The building is designed completely from the system POROTHERM. The roof is designed with gable roof. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Design documentation was implemented in the program ArchiCAD. The building is designed for year-round living.

Semi-detached Building in Dřevnice

The project deals with the construction of a multifunctional residential building with 5 apartments, shop offices and law. The building is located in the village of Želechovice Dřevnicí on flat terrain. The house is designed in a structural system Porotherm, covered gable roof 45 °. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the municipality of Želechovice Dřevnicí, its character builds on the surrounding buildings and at work are respected by all laws and regulations relating to the design of buildings. The drawing part was processed by computer in AutoCad. Part of the project documentation is part of the drawing, text and calculation. The project is assigned a technical assessment of thermal and fire protection of the building.

Detached house with a law office in Vyškov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design and project documentation of a detached house with a law office in Vyškov. The building has three floors and a partial basement. The roof of the building is designed as a flat roof. There are two cellars, a game room and a wine cellar in the basement. The law office is placed on the first floor and it allows access for people with reduced mobility. On the second and third floor two dwelling units with terraces are placed. The entrances to the housing part and the law office are separated. The building has a garage designed for two personal vehicles.

Apartment house with law office in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. The subject of this project is documentation for family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Svébohov. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 to 5 member family. At the bottom of first floor will located business – law office and garage. In the upper part of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden. The land is sloping toward the southeast. Aisle roof is with slight tendency. (two pages).
