Pools are not see n ko the screens are individual attractions, atmosphere. The height change of each pool, sauna and whether this involves physical effort is rewarded with open views to the surroundings and relax themselves. Layout In the passages suggest leaving the car park, Kafe-bar with a simple menu and fresh multifunctional workshop, creative playground. It is known fact, that in the old spa locations to find valuable pieces of pottery, small painting and sculpture and other artifacts that speak of links with the vivacious work, relax, relax with a manual and spiritual. This room will also serve as a nursery for parents resting in the spa, in the specified date and time. Upon entering the spa itself, the reception with high ceilings and skylights from the terrace, the visitor to the issue of changing rooms with bathroom facilities. Consequently, the choice whether to receive the attractions, or go down to the fitness center or gym. Another option is to move the spa itself. The first ramp is rising just from my father. All the dark hallway, followed by a bright and translucent glass facades. The key is just a wall bordering the ramps and a few additional columns for the perimeter of the building. About half a meter above (and always rises only about 500 mm, the gradient of 1:16 to 8 meters length), the visitor gets to the first pool. Sunny southern facade is designed as a double, at this point is the greenhouse, it is no wonder that the first two pools are linked to breathing, inhalation, nature herbs. The hall (+7400) is glass mat glass sanitary unit consisting of two toilets, toilets for disabled people and installation bay. On one front wall of the shower. Selected alcohol extracts of Sambucus nigra for use in cosmetology
Balonková, Daniela ; Doležalová Weissmannová, Helena (referee) ; Zemanová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the preparation of selected alcohol extracts of elderberry and their use in cosmetology. In the theoretical part are described the botanical properties of the elderberry (Sambucus nigra). There are introduced and characterized bioactive compounds and toxic compounds contained in all vegetative parts of the plant. Attention is mostly focused on compounds with antioxidant properties. The theoretical part also contains a description of basic analytical methods, which are used in the practical part to characterize compounds contained in elder flowers. The practical part focuses on the optimization of the preparation of alcohol extracts with the aim to prepare the extract with the greatest possible content of polyphenols with respect to economy and production costs. Factors such as selection of the appropriate solvent, solvent to plant material ratio, solvent temperature, and extraction time are examined. Based on the total polyphenol concentration measured spectrophotometrically by the Folin-Ciocalteu method, the most suitable solvent is 60% ethanol, the ratio of plant material to solvent is 1:8, the laboratory temperature of solvent and the extraction time of 24 hours.Under these conditions, an ethanol extract is prepared, analyzed and determined selected properties, such as refractive index and density. Rutin, chlorogenic, caffeic and ferulic acids are identified by HPLC with a DAD detector. The pH value of alcohol extract is 5.743 ± 0.006, the refractive index is 1.365 ± 0.02 at 22.7 ° C and the density is 0.9288 gcm-3. By liquid chromatography the concentration of chlorogenic acids is quantified as 0.104 gl-1, caffeic acid as 0.086 gl-1 and ferulic acid as 0.060 gl-1. The extract is incorporated into cosmetic products, that are used in balneology. Prepared products are toilet soap and bath salt.
Educative possibilities on flowers and fruits morphology in examples of important plant species
SLÁDKOVÁ, Eva
The diploma thesis follows up on the issues addressed in the bachelor's thesis. It focuses on the possibilities of teaching the morphological structures of flowers and fruits of flowering plants. The results are transformed into a form that can be used effectively in teaching. The work contains several teaching materials. Specifically, two chapters which introduce teaching presentations and worksheets on the topic of Flower and Fruit.
Reduction or elimination of frost damage to the generative organs of apricots by spring frosts
Bilavčík, Alois ; Laňar, Luděk ; Nečas, Tomáš ; Faltus, Miluš ; Náměstek, Jan ; Zámečník, Jiří
The methodology summarizes the possibilities of protecting the generative organs of apricot against spring frosts, especially during the flowering period. The methodology will enable effective decision-making which method to use under the given conditions. The methodology introduces newly defined procedures for apricot orchard protection to reduce or eliminate frost damage and presents a comparison of the resistance of promising apricot genotypes to spring frosts during the flowering period.

Picture of Václav Havel in Czechoslovak press in november and december 1989
Vosáhlo, Jakub ; Bednařík, Petr (advisor) ; Šírová, Tereza (referee)
Bacelor thesis analysis medial reflection of Václav Havel in czech press in the time of "November 1989". Analysis is focus on changes in presentation of disident and "persona non grata" on medial scene, that changed in very short time to public leader and then president od Czechoslovakia. Thesis first introduces czechoslovak press in specific time of social change, and then analysis, how this change influenced presentation of Václav Havel. For analysis vere chosen influential czech daily papers, that covered whole spectra of opinions on Václav Havel. Medial contents were primarily analysis qualitatively, separated on timelines, to recognition developing tendencies. Then contens of these media was compared in quantitative study, that has analyses differences in relationships to Václav Havel in dependence on events of "November 1989". Thesis acknowlidges same known facts about medial presentation on Václav Havel, but in other parts it openes a new themes and questions, that has not been so much explored to this times. For example ambivalent relationship of daily paper Mladá fronta.
The importance of the arrangement of flowers in the inflorescence on the plant reproductive success
Chvojková, Karolína ; Štenc, Jakub (advisor) ; Sklenář, Petr (referee)
Inflorescence and its properties have a fundamental influence on the pollinating behavior of pollinators, which can affect the resulting reproductive success of plants. Clustering of more flowers in the inflorescence is an advantage for plants due to the diversification of pollen sources and greater visual supply, which can attract more pollinators and thus increase the chance of pollen transfer to other individuals and ensure genetic variability of the offspring. The disadvantage of multiple flowers in one inflorescence may be both an increase in energy requirements for the formation and maintenance of multiple flowers and an increased risk of geitonogamy. Plants prevent geitonogamy within the inflorescence by various adaptations. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of inflorescence arrangement on successful plant reproduction. When studying the arrangement of flowers in the inflorescence, it is necessary to take into count not only their morphology, i.e. the shape, number, size and arrangement of flowers, but also other functional properties in the form of genitals, sterility and rewards. The resulting effect of flower arrangement on the reproductive success of plants also depends on the vectors that transfer pollen, in this case especially insect pollinators, which are affected by...

The influence of floral morphology on the perception of the flowers by man
Hůla, Martin ; Komárek, Stanislav (advisor) ; Landová, Eva (referee)
Human preference of flowers is a largely unexplored area of research. Although some authors mentioned this topic, it was usually a very brief comment. They typically stated that flowers are most likely preferred because of their coloration and symmetry. But flowers have many forms and colors and it is obvious that some of them are preferred more than others. The aim of this paper was to explore which morphological characteristics of flowers are important for human preference. We discuss how individual differences between people affected their rating of flower attractivity. The effect of flower color, symmetry, complexity, angularity and prototypicality on human preference was experimentally verified. It is described how the flower preference can be influenced by the sex, age, level of expertise and other characteristics of the raters. The results can provide a valuable source of information for experts in horticultural therapy, garden and interior designers, plant breeders, gardeners and other persons interested in the aesthetic value of flowers. There is a lack of relevant sources on this topic not only in the Czech Republic, but also worldwide.
