Statistical crime analysis in the Olomouc Region

The thesis deals with the issue of crime in the Olomouc Region, analysis for a certain period and further possibilities and suggestions how to reduce crime in the region. The theoterical part deals with definition of the central concepts, the specification of individual types of crime and the possibilities of analysis crime. The practical part evaluates the Olomouc Region in terms of solved problems, especially in areas that crime influencing, for example composition of the population, their education and labour market. Subsequently, it is presented and analyzed crime in the Olomouc Region during the reporting period and compared with crime in the Czech Republic. In conclusion summarizes suggestions how to fight crime and reduce it.
The economic consequences of organized crime

This diploma thesis deals with organized crime and its economic consequences, where the theoretical part is first tangentially history of organized crime, discusses the definition of basic concepts, definitions of organized crime with links to economic organized crime group structures and their typical criminal activity, crime. In conclusion, the theoretical part is dedicated to the fight against organized crime, its resources and authorities. In the empirical part of the dissertation deals with the analysis of official documents and statistical reports, using qualitative research study of primary data, method of studying documents. In the first part for a better understanding of the issue will analyze selected cases - casuistry. Following the case studies of work followed by an analysis of statistical reports focusing on damages, proceeds of crime and the possible provision of such proceeds according to law. The overall concept of the work refers to the typical attributes, methods of committing crimes, modus operandi, the consequences of organized crime, with a possible proposal to tackle the issue.

Social exclusion and its economic and legal aspects

Social exclusion and its economic and legal aspects Summary The aim of this paper work was to evaluate the application of the laws concerning the impal of social exclusion of children and teenagers from special locations. The next drift was to map out the influence of the center Štěpán Trochta on one group of socially excluded children and teenagers from the housing quartem in Teplice Prosetice, which is known for high criminality of teenagers and big concentration of socially deprived people. The target was also to find out if it helps children to easily incorporate to school attendance, to get over difficulties and disadvantage caused by the background they live in. Qualitative research as well as structured and half structured dialogue, observation and examination of documents was applied to this paper work. Analyzing all the facts led to summarize the results and their evaluation. Social exclusion is a phenomena we pay more and more attention the last few years. The main priority is to solve the situation of children and teenagers who are socially excluded. If we don´t help them to improve their situation and we don´t influence thein behavior for future, they will automatically behave as their own parents and they will never extricate from the life in excluded environment. Otherwise these locations won´t be disolved, on the citrany there will be more of them. One of the possible solution is the establishment of new low cost centers and free time centers with connection of targeted complex assistance for families living in social excluded places. The research part of this paperwork mapped out the activities and the impal of these activities on inclusion of children and teenagers into every day life.
Alternatives of Prostitution Income Taxation Identification

Main focus of this diploma thesis titled "Identification of alternatives for prostitution taxation" is drafting a prostitution taxation legislative and tax collection policy in the Czech republic and potential prostitution income tax revenue estimation. The revenue estimation is based on tax policy implementation costs, current Czech legal environment, comparison of legal solutions for prostitution taxation in the Czech Republic and selected countries of European Union. The draft of prostitution taxation legislative and tax collection policy is designed with respect to Czech law no. 586/1992 (Income tax law).
Organized crime in the Czech Republic

Diploma thesis is focused on "Organized crime in the Czech Republic", includes a theoretical part and research. The teoretical part defines the notion of organized crime and the types of groups that perpetrated. Furthermore, the work presents the most common forms of organized crime and institutions such used to fight both nationally and internationally. Finally, there is outlined the situation in the Czech Republic and those groups that are in our country most often perpetrated by organized crime now. Research part examines whether the frequency of articles on the subject in the selected journal corresponds to the actual situation and widespread forms of organized crime in the Czech republic in 2015. The context was given to data obtained from the content analysis of the largest number of articles of particular forms of organized crime and was compared with interviews carried out by experts estimates and research. The result was that the data corresponds with 2/3 and the only major difference became violent organized crime, which occurred in a number of articles on second place, but it is no longer among the most frequent activities of organized groups in the Czech Republic.
Crime and perceptions of safety in housing estate - Case study Černý Most

This Master Thesis deals with the issue of crime and the perception of safety on the example of a housing estate area. In this case, it is a case study of the housing estate Černý Most. The basic principle is to provide a subjective perspective on the perceptions of safety of the inhabitants in the investigated area and to monitor the issue of what personal experience these residents realistically have with crime. The Thesis also seeks to identify the places that residents consider to be dangerous for them, which evoke the feeling of fear in them and to find out how their behavior changes in these places. Where applicable, to identify the similarities of these places, to trace if there are similar characteristics or whether it is the social and physical environment of the settlement itself that adds to the increased sense of fear. Moreover, work of the police and prevention against crime in the given location will be mentioned.
Juvenile delinquency and its prevention in police district of Czech Republic in Plzeň 1

Bachelor thesis " Juvenile delinquency and its prevention in the District police station Pilsen 1" is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is a summary of information relating to juvenile delinquency, influencing factors, the causes of juvenile delinquency, as well as in the theoretical part of a comprehensive view of the criminal responsibility of youth and punishing juvenile delinquents. There are also the development of youth crime, particularly in the period 2011 - 2013. The dominant Article practical part is prevention and focusing on the territory of the District Police Department filial 1. There are also statistics on juvenile delinquency in Pilsen, which are divided by each department and accompanied by graphs.
Development of Social Services in Connection with Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in Trebic Area.

The goal of this Thesis was finding out the views of social workers on the situation of youth crime on Třebíč area and also focused on the development of social services in Třebíč area, especially social-activation services for families with children. Another issue are the most frequent crimes done by juveniles.
