Projekt dřevostavby rodinného domu rámové konstrukce
Běťák, Adam
The bachelor work aims at a design of a family bungalow by means of a timber frame construction. The objective of the work is to prepare documentation for the building permit. The work has two parts - a drawing and a textual part. The drawing part contains drawings for the building permit including technical reports and air conditioning drawing with a relevant technical report. The project documentation includes a calculation of the house´s heat loss and a calculation of the energy performance of the building including an energy performance certificate along with 3D visualisations of the house. The textual part theoretically describes the currently used systems of supporting structures for timber houses, materials used for timber houses and ways of their use. The second part deals with the designed timber frame house itself. The individual designed structures of construction in contact with the exterior are assessed in terms of the requirements for thermal protection of buildings. Basic construction details are presented in the conclusion.
Design of assist robot
Novotný, Ondřej ; Látal, Roman (referee) ; Kučera, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is design of frame and lifting mechanism of assist robot called „Bob“. The thesis consist of several construction design of mechanism and gears, final solution control and creating of prototype. For the materiál of frame construction was chosen the aluminium because of its hardness and weight. The chassis of robot is 3-wheeled construction unable passing through threshold. The motor for robot drive was chosen DC motor with 500 rpm and torque 600 Nmm, which is placed inside of front wheels. For the lifting mechanism was chosen the motion screw with trapezoidal screw-thread Tr 10x3 made by DIN 103 from C15 steel. Another part of the thesis was create of the prototype for testing whole mechanisms and gears.
Formula Student Spaceframe Construction
Ženčák, Jan ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Janoušek, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes requirements for Formula Student chassis given by rules and construction of other parts of car. The objective were design construction of the frame with use of high tensile strength steel and perform material tests required by rules of the competition. After rules analysis was chosen chrome molybdenum steel 15 130. Construction design and torsion stiffness analysis were performed. Test samples were manufactured and tested for verification chosen material is according to rules of Formula Student competition.
Hydromobil - design of mechanical-hydraulic recovery of car kinetic energy
Stodolák, Michal ; Robenek, Dětřich (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the structural design of a vehicle powered by pressure fluid that is stored in a hydraulic-pneumatic accumulator. The first part described the types of energy recovery, especially hydraulic recovery. Furthermore there are outlined basic parameters of the design of the vehicle driving mechanism. The second part describes the design of hydromobile with emphasis on the chassis, especially the driving and braking system. Additional information on the individual parts of the chassis, that are put through the stress analysis. The final part deals with the actual manufacturing of the hydromobile and is followed by the resume of the thesis.
Formula Student Chassis Rear Part Design
Hajer, Václav ; Svída, David (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with description of the design of the rear of the vehicle structure of Formula Student processed by using a 3D CAD system. Formula have to fulfill all requirements Formula Student rules. The requirements and rules are given by building of engine and other considered engine components. The final version of the design of the rear part is assembled with the supplied front and the computational model is created to simulate the torsional stiffness of the FEM system. Another analysis model is created for a foreign supplied frame construction. Both of these frames are in terms of torsional stiffness evaluated and mutually compared. There are also mentioned selected Formula Student rules and overview of the formula frames and their overview.
Torsional Stifness Analysis of Formula Student Frame Modification
Chalupa, Pavel ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
Pavel Chalupa Torsional Stifness Analysis of Formula Student Frame Modification DW, IAE, 2010, 66 str., 66 obr. This thesis is concerned with a calculation analysis of a frame construction for Formula Student. The Base design of this construction is modeled in computer program ProEngineer. In next step the model is transfered to calculation software Ansys. The analysis is made by finite element method in torion and bend there. The calculation of torsional stiffness is made of resultant values. Finally, the results are compared with previous frame versions.
