This diploma thesis deals with questions about prospectus assembly for the company GASTROSUN SK, s.r.o with detailed focus on refinement of its prerequisites. The aim of this diploma thesis is to put together the comprehensive and integrated prospectus with the focus on its usability in practice. It’s important so that all assemblage plans in this prospectus reflected the real estate. Partial aim of this diploma thesis is matching other possible kinds of investments with the investment embedded in business by the help of indicator of return on capital employed before taxation.
Transnational Corporations from Developing Countries and their Integration into the Globalization Process

The main theme of this master's thesis is an effort to explain the integration of transnational corporations from developing countries into the economic globalization. Firstly, we define the main concepts, such as process of globalization and competition. Then, we specify the most important characteristics of transnational corporations from developing countries, we identify major incentives and strategies of their integration into the global competition, we also devote our attention to measurement of degree of their integration into the global economy and evaluate their main competitive advantages and disadvantages. In the analytical part of the work we use quantitative analysis in order to find the differences between transnational corporations from developing countries and their counterparts from developed countries in the transnationality index, diversification of industry and industrial sector in which these companies operate. The last part is focused on a case study of an Indian transnational conglomerate Tata Group. On this example we show the practical aspects of integration of transnational corporations from developing countries into the global economy.
Project of Football youth academy of SK Slavia Prague

PROJECT OF FOOTBALL YOUTH ACADEMY OF SK SLAVIA PRAGUE Objectives: The main aim of this work is to build the project of football youth academy of SK Slavia Prague. This project is based on already applied and successful models of foreign youth academies. It is based on the potential of human resources, talent identification and development and regular improvement of material and immaterial conditions. Methods: As the methods were used case study and qualitative analysis. Case study method was applied for research of current trends and models used in the football environment and method of analysis in identifying the key pillars of effective and successful football youth academies. Results: The project of youth academy of football club SK Slavia Prague was built. Model of this project is based on the use of strategy, human resources, structure, reward system, the use of sports science, business processes, education, allocation of financial capital, innovations and projects and professional environment. Analysis of the company in a competitive environment

The thesis themed ´Analysis of the company in a competitive environment´ deals with the competitive market matters in the area of energetics located in the Pilsen Region. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the company and the competition which is detailed eliminated in other problems of competitiveness and competitive environment. The next theoretical bases of this thesis is the environment analysis of the company. Analyses of the internal environment are described here but also analysis of the external environment is detailed classified. The theoretical part is completed by the SWOT analysis. The aim of the practical part is the analysis of the competitive environment applied to the company Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. On the basis of predermined work hypotheses happen the analysis of single matters. At the beginning of the practical part is the description of researched company and further the analysis of the internal and external environment of Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. In the next phase the description of main products of the company is drawn up. The SWOT analysis that also helps detailed analysis of predermined work hypotheses is made.

A relationship of seller and customer

The reason, why I had chosen for my diploma work topic The Relationship between seller and customer, is this time, when powerful competition press upon the firms to improve quality of their products or services, the top management is aiming at the quality of communication with customers, too. They are aware of that good or bad relationship with customer may determine if the firm will be successful or not. For it is necessary to train and motivate employee who communicate with customer, but first-rate direction by management too and to created positive firm cultural which will motivate the employees to longtime and high-quality work and affect at customers, too. In my diploma work I had aimed at factors which motivate customers but employees and management too. The employees and top management, they are links of firm which have influence to work and results of enterprise. In the first part of my work I had aimed at these factors general. I had analysed them and my result is that this factors really influence the relationship between seller and customer. In the second part of my work I had analysed these factors in elected enterprises. For synthesis and comparison of results of firms I had chosen the form of many-criterion rate.

Popis metodiky informuje o postupech doporučovaných odbornou literaturou. Analytická část práce studuje potenciální projekt z hlediska postavení na trhu, konkurenčních výhod, ziskovosti apod.
