The goal of this bachelor thesis is to suggest a universal cabling system for a modern house. The house has to have a multi-purpose use for a family of four and simultaneously has to make possible offices and work space for investor’s business plan. In the bachelor thesis, there are described processes whose aim is an optimal solution, to suggested cabling system.

The goal of this master’s thesis is to suggest a cabling system in an administration building of company PHARMIX s.r.o. This cabling system must improve nowadays situation in the administration building and simultaneously has to make possible reserves for following enlargement of computing equipment. This cabling system must be also variable in case of possible rebuilding offices. In the master’s thesis, there are described processes whose aim is an optimal solution, to suggested cabling system.

Influence of the modern IT/ICT on the enterprise communication

Nowadays communication is a key factor of success. There are more and more demands placed on it, especially for its speed, accuracy and quality. These three factors influence the direction of individuals as well as companies. Choosing the right communication channel is necessary for the best efficiency of communication. This choice is closely related to the type of message; different kinds of messages should use different communication channels. This thesis focuses on the overview of modern communication channels in companies. The channels such as Instant Messaging, e-mail, Task Managent along with classic meetings or phone will be described. Then the thesis will analyze the communication in one of the largest Czech computer stores and electronics, assess its effectiveness and propose recommendations for improvement.

Monitoring biological activity honeybees

This thesis deals with monitoring the biological activity of bees. Its main part is to find and investigate the condition of the field and using questionnaire survey. This survey, I applied for a sufficient number of respondents and by its evaluation optimize and proposed appropriate solutions for monitoring the volume of honey produced in the hives. Interview I end-Rolling so that the resulting solution can be as much closer to the market and thus enable monitoring thread hives remotely as many beekeepers. Data transmission equipment so I chose according to clearly defined criteria. The resulting proposal would allow for further refinement into practice and continue research with interesting data.

Real-time Web Applications

This thesis is dedicated to realtime web applications. The main goal is to help the reader with beginings of building realtime web application. It will be achieved by introducing theory, characterization of technologies and software products. My contribution is summary of issues in czech language, apphraisal of technologies while being deployed to the real environment of the internet. Another contribution is to elaborate news which are interesting for future development of realtime web applications. Thesis is dived into six chapters. In the first one is the motivation for selecting this topic. The second chapter is about theory of realtime web applications. The third one is concerned about technology of realtime connections. In the fourth chapter are characterized software products aimed on development of realtime web applications. Fifth one contains example of implementation of realtime web application. Sixth chapter summarizes findings gained while processing this work.

Computer Technology as Means for Compensation of the Information Deficit of People with Visual Handicaps

This thesis engages in computer and communication technologies as means for compensation of the information deficit of people with visual handicaps. There is an outline of the visual-handicap problems and its specification in the theoretical part. Then the historic context and development of approaches ideas in this field is sketched. Reader is also acquainted with the compass of visual handicaps and with the specification of inborn and obtained visual handicaps. This part is concluded by clarifying of the visual-handicap compensatory mechanisms.Next there is characterized and determined the complex rehabilitation of people with visual handicaps and more detailed attention is paid to the social and working rehabilitation. The following part of this thesis tries to introduce the field of computer and information technologies in context with the problems of the visual-handicaps. Text acquaints with the historic development in this sphere, with the problems of compensatory tools and integration computer technology into tyflotechnology. More detailed is decribed an area of the electronic compensatory tools on the basis of PC - first of all digital and camera magnifying glasses, the digital readable equipment with the vocal and touch outlet and Braille,s peripheries. Not even omitted the legislation of this problems. Author acquaints readers with the specification of internet use by the visual-handicaps and with the digital library services.This part is concluded by a topic of the navigation GPS and mobile phones use. The practical part presents the organized pieces of information that in concrete terms substantiate the theoretical part. There is a complete guide of the firms distributing the above mentioned compensatory tools and summaries of the electronic compensatory tools on the basis of PC in the practical part. Building trust in virtual teams through communication

The main objective of this thesis is to propose the model of trust based on communication. The objective is to first characterize virtual teams, summarized the theoretical approaches to trust in virtual teams, define the specifics of the communication process in virtual teams and design own model of trust based on communication. The proposed model is achieved on the basis of own research specifically: analysis, synthesis and detailed summary. The summary includes limitations of particular papers and weaknesses of research, what is taken into the consideration for the proposed model. The proposed model is based on the active form of trust that is build on proactive approach of team leader in the first phase of virtual team's life cycle and later on communication strategies through dialogue technique leading to shared mental models. The proposed model describes the process of building trust in first two stages of the virtual team's life cycle together with the implications for the leader: How to build trust in virtual teams through the communication.
