Physiotherapy of adolescents in specific sport exercise - kickboxing
MAŠKOVÁ, Adéla
It is a trend nowadays to have rather inauspicious sedentary lifestyle. One of the main factors which influence lifestyle of children and juvenile is family. If the parents are inactive then they frequently but unconsciously teach their descendants to see displeasure in doing any physical activity. Insufficient physical activity leads to development of numerous lifestyle diseases and as well is closely connected with problems of musculoskeletal system. Sports activities are substitution for a lack of exercise. Sports have positive impact on our physical and mental health. We should pay attention while choosing a specific sport particularly when it comes to choosing a sport for children and juvenile. We can find many sports activities which are focused one-sidedly. Such one-sided burdening leads to the formation of functional disorders, musculoskeletal pain and in case of a long-term duration without sufficient compensation it might cause health problems and poor posture. Functional and postural disorders have a negative impact on athletic performance, they might worsen the quality of musculoskeletal system and even to eliminate athlete from the training process. An ideal way how to avoid the musculoskeletal difficulties is the utilization of physiotherapeutic procedures and methods by means of those it will help the movement compensation and muscular harmonization. In the theoretical part I am describing a piece of knowledge, which is related to body posture. I introduce tests, which will help us to evaluate and clarify a poor posture. To help us understand the issue therefore the basic fighting techniques, which are used in kickboxing, are explained here its characteristics and the classification of racing disciplines. Furthermore I introduce physiotherapeutic methods, which we can use, for influencing the poor body posture. The main goal of my bachelor thesis was to find out, what influence has a kickboxing training on the body posture of adolescents and if the use of physiotherapeutic methods will have a positive impact on their posture. In the practical part of my final thesis the method of qualitative research was used. The research file was comprised of three probands visiting kickboxing lessons for at least one year. The probands went through entry and final Kinesiological examination, which evaluated their body posture. Everyone of them was diagnosed with functional disorders and muscular imbalance. Everyone slightly improved their posture after two months of therapy. For the complete improvement of the body posture would be needed longer period of time than a given two months time. Performed research led to the realization of my goals and to an answer of the research question. The Bachelor Thesis can serve the professional and non-professional public. Specifically it can be used by martial arts coaches to enhance the quality of training and to improve the sports performances.
Design and verification program of sports training in kickboxing
BAŘINKA, Vlastimil
One of the goal of this bachelor work is to present this martial art to the narrow public and to the advanced practitioners. Further to show possibilities and options of training, because there is a lack of literature dealing with long-time training programme for full contact fighting sports. Main goal is to suggest and evaluate the training program for the kickboxing advanced. This training program should improve a level of the general and special physical fitness of the selected group over a given period. The theoretical part was mainly made by the written source analyzing method. This part includes the characteristic, the origin and the evolution of the kickboxing, the sporty training theory, the training unit structure and the techniques teaching method. There was used the method of testing and measuring in the practical part. The measured results of the research can provide some recommendation for the training practice.
