This master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of employees and their personal development in the company STUDENT AGENCY, s.r.o. The current situation of this part of personnel management is evaluated on the basis of questionnaire survey among company employees. An integral part of this work are proposals and recommendations leading to increased efficiency of personnel work in the field of evaluation and employees development.

Šulová, G. Talent management in company praxis. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The diploma thesis focuses on talent management and its importance for talents and business practice. The way of implementation and the benefits of TM were investigated in 3 branches of multinational organization. Literary research is focused on defining basic concepts, philosophy and the whole process of talent management. The thesis also examines the current state of talent management, especially individual activities were described and evaluated. The survey also included a questionnaire survey, the main task of which was to determine the level of competence development, careers, and answers research questions. The entire talent management program was reviewed by Kirkpatrick's four-level model. Everything was completed by structured interviews with HR/TM executives of the branches investigated. Based on the outcomes, proposals have been made to im-prove the effectiveness of both individual programs and the program itself.
Possibilities of using mentoring in education and development emplyees in an organization

This bachelor's thesis provides insight into the possibilities of mentoring in the education and development of employees in an organization, and it specifies the situations in which the use of mentoring can be defined as effective. The thesis includes identification of these possibilities on the basis of an analysis of the education and development of the employees in an organization. First, the main concepts are defined, objectives, forms, and methods of education and development in an organization are specified, and the possibilities of education and development of the employees in an organisation are specified in more details. Another source of information for identification of the possibilities of using mentoring is the definition of mentoring, its essential principles and characteristics, stages, and forms used in an organization. Benefits and limits of mentoring are also defined. On this basis, the possibilities of education and development of the employees in an organization for whom mentoring is a suitable and effective method are defined. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of equal opportunities for men and women at the Municipal Office Šternberk. It focuses on the views of individual employees to equal opportunities. The theoretical part deals with legislation, the definitions of basic concepts such as equality and discrimination, gender and gender stereotypes, strategies promoting equal opportunities (gender mainstreaming, gender analysis, gender budgeting and gender audit). The bachelor thesis is also interested in the issue of selection process, career growth coupled with a glass ceiling barrier, segregation of the job market depending on the pay gap between men and women and the reconciliation of private and professional life. The practical part analyzes the representation of men and women in various positions. The study of internal documents was found representation of men and women in different positions. Subsequently, the data were processed into graphs and diagrams. Performing semi-structured interviews with employees of the Municipal Office Šternberk various positions, was determined attitude of staff to equal opportunities for men and women. Interviews were transcribed and on the basis of their results were made conclusions on the matter.
Analysis of Employees' Satisfaction in ČSOB, a.s.

This thesis deals with problems of employee satisfaction and various factors affecting it. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of literature. Deals with different concepts and contexts that are important to employee satisfaction. The practical part is already focused on the specific characteristics of the staff at the company, ČSOB, a.s., having a major impact on employee satisfaction as a system of remuneration, incentive system, carrer growth opportunities, training and development and labor relations in enterprises. There is also an outside its own questionnaire, processing and evaluation of data and final discussion of results.

My thesis is based on the possibilities of career growth in the field of banking. I will study the development of careers in two different but comparable financial institutions. The theoretical part of my thesis will focus on four types of career structures: full-time, part-time, full-time with management track, and irregular. In the following part of my thesis, I will show how these four types search for employment, develop their careers, and negotiate payment and benefits. In this thesis, I will compare the working conditions of two banks. Based on personal interviews, surveys, and observation, I have ascertained and graded the each bank for self-realization, work-study opportunities, business culture, and job satisfaction, relations between management and employees and company communications. I also studied the average length of an assignment, which is a good general indicator.
