I follow these aims by executing a secondary data analysis, an expert interviews with workers of IPS in Central Bohemia, Regional labour office in Příbram and VÚPSV, furthermore I follow these aims by my own survey within 5 chosen high schools in Central Bohemia. The thesis focuses on exploration of the issue from perspective of future graduates on labour market, as well as the perspective of IPS workers (as the main stakeholder), who actively works with unemployed youth or future graduates on daily basis. According to the research I concluded, that the most effective instrument for the chosen group is consultation, which is provided mainly by the IPS workers. There are various types of consultation in the region and therefore various levels of future graduates awareness. The consultation should by unified in every Central Bohemia region. After the reform of labour offices the conditions are not very satisfiing due to personal changes, resposibility changes and technological...

KVĚCH, Tomáš
The aim of my bachelor work is description of the structure and activity of job centre in the Czech Republic region České Budějovice. Research shows that employee have lots of problems, difficulties and hindrance when they provide service. I speak from my experience and in some employee own words. Theoretical part of this work is aimed at theoretical determination of this issue including themes related to this work. For example active policy of employment rate in the Czech Republic and other countries in Europe. I achieve necessary information with qualitative interviewing by structured dialogues where open questions were. Staffers who were interviewed are from department in České Budějovice. Ten people provided the interview eight of them are job advisers, one is on managerial post and two are from material need department. Interviews were under way from February 2018 to March 2018. The results of survey are that employees concur with opinion that changes and adjustments of legislation is not right and administration, which is related to it, is rather difficulty than boon. The employees would like to embrace more cooperation with others institutions. Changes and adjustments are perceived as administrative strain. Another observation is that people who are registered as unemployed are more and more aggressive. We can see that clients are not co-operative and they misuse the system for own profit. They make use of benefits or evade health insurance but they do not look for job. Different problem is there are not adequate room. Many people confided to me that they mind open space, where income support and material need department are together. I can say that job centre want to change this situation and they plan separate this premises.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide readers with a more complex view of current legislation for the termination of employment stated in the labour code with regard to provisions, which came into force in January 2012. I have tried to describe its advantages and disadvantages and suggest possible recommendations for its improvement based on the opinion of an employer. The first chapter deals with employment, the principles of labour relations and its participants. The second chapter is devoted to the topic of termination of employment, both by employers and employees. In the third chapter I describe the employer's duties, which have to be fulfilled during the process of termination of employment. The last chapter focuses on the practical part of this thesis. By method of interview with an employer, I am interested in opinions and recommendations for current legislation of termination of employment. Finally, I deal with the period after termination of employment, retraining courses and the European Social Fund, which is the most important source of finance for these courses.

The individual action plan utilization at employment offices as a tool for improvemet of the quality of work with the unemployed.
BAKOVÁ, Petra
The questions concerning the use of individual action plans at labour offices represent a highly charged issue, mainly in connection with the current system requiring that applicants for jobs who have been registered at a labour office for more than 5 months be compulsorily included in the action plan. Therefore, I set out to deal in detail with two domains in this Bachelor?s degree dissertation. The key aim of this work is firstly to map the job mediation consultants' opinions of whether the individual action plan increases the chances on the job market and secondly to find out whether the individual action plan makes the consultants? and job applicants? cooperation easier. The theoretical part of this contains theoretical definitions of this issue including related topics. The information necessary for this work was amassed by a qualitative research through directed interviews with the staff of the Czech Republic?s Labour Office at České Budějovice, Český Krumlov and Kaplice contact points. I interviewed six job mediation consultants and one job consulting department manager. The interviews took place from June to August 2011. The results of the research show that the job mediation consultants to a large extent agree that the individual action plan does not increase the applicant?s chances on the labour market and does not benefit the applicant. Most of the people interviewed regard this consulting tool as a mere administrative formality and claim that it does not provide clients with activities not available without any IAP in place. The results of the work also show that it does not make the job consultants' cooperation with the clients significantly easier and can only, as the consultants hold, be used as a constraint forcing the client to join in the project and as a means to perform the active steps listed in this document.
