Manufacturing of slider

Slider is a part of turn restrictor mechanism designed by company TOKOZ a.s. It is a part with complicated form and small dimensions from material DC04 (equivalent according to Czech standard ČSN 11 305.21). As the most suitable option for part manufacturing was chosen cutting and bending in progressive die. A design of forming layout with 11 stations was made and considering the outcomes of related calculations preliminarily selected presses LEXN 100 and Kaiser KSTU 1600. Subsequently was designed one row progressive die. Based on this designs were made few variants of part price calculations according to TOKOZ company customs. According to price calculation outcomes was as the most suitable selected press Kaiser KSTU 1600.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is desctription of function and structure of piezoeletric motor „piezowawes“, creation his laboratory formation and folowing measuring his static characteristic (feed spead / drawing force). Except experimental conclusions is this thesis aim on theoretical analysis and physical explanation of piezoeletric phenomenon. This analys contains materials and important definition which are delaing with this phenomenon. This thesis also contains basic distribution of each kind of piezomotor and discuss aboat their practical use.

Title: The relationship of back pain in show jumping and dressage riders depending on the degree of stability Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the relationship between back pain in show jumping and dressage riders depending on the degree of stability. With the help of computer posturography Neurocom Smart Equitest System. Methods: In my thesis, I used the NeuroCom Smart EquiTest computerized posturograph to record and measure dynamic postural stability. This machine is mainly used to examine functional disorders in the sensory, vestibular and neuromuscular apparatus. The research sample consisted of 20. 10 jumping and 10 dressage riders. They were selected on the basis of a questionnaire sent to riders ranked 100th in the Czech rankings in their discipline in 2022. If they met the criteria, they were included in the project. Probands were aged 18-35 years, practicing horse riding every day for at least the last 10 years. The practical measurement took place in November 2023 in the Kinesiology Laboratory of the Department of Physiotherapy at FTVS UK. Each proband underwent seven consecutive tests. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the basic and most commonly used udders and abilities in equestrian sport, and to highlight the effects of each snake and bridle on the head of a horse. This topic is often passionately discussed in equestrian society, but not all riders have the necessary knowledge of the effect of the snake and the abdomen they use. Additionally, the views on the principle of action of individual species of withers also vary greatly, so this work provides a detailed explanation of the effects of each basic type of snake used in equestrian disciplines: racing, dressage and parkour so that the riding society can more easily understand what they use daily bending.

Title of bachelor thesis: Comparing heart frequency between driver a co-driver during super-stage's in rally Author: Martin Pavlát Supervisor of bachelor thesis: PhDr. Jaroslav Dvorský Ph.D. Objective: Measure and compare heart frequency between driver a co-driver during super-stages's in one of Czech Championship rally race. Methodology: For set up my goals I use two heart rage monitor's. One for pilot and for co-pilot. And I messuare their heart frequency during one of the rally race. For specification my conclusion's I use questionary for both of them. This help me to found the right answers. Results: As I expected driver's heart frequency was much higher in every super-stage from begining to finish and it was more stabile than co-driver's heart frequency. Co-driver heart frequency was high especially befor and after start to super-stage. His heart frequency was also more unstable. Keywords: Race car, rally, heart frequency, aerobic brimm.

Line-item veto in the U.S. political system

This thesis named Line-Item Veto in the U. S. Political System aims to describe the line-item veto issue to the Czech political science audience as this topic has not been studied extensively by Czech political scientists. The thesis focuses first on the problem of gubernatorial line-item veto power. It categorises the states by their forms of veto power and analyzes the differences among the 44 states which use some sort of the line-item veto. The second part of this thesis analyzes the issue at the federal level and examines the aims of many presidents who wanted to procure this power. The paper uses two case studies; first of the state Wisconsin, and the second case study, which analyzes the Clinton administration. President Clinton was the first and only president who was granted this power by Congress. The main questions which this thesis seeks to answer are whether or not the line-item veto is a threat to the separation of powers and the system of checks and balances and how presidents who wish to be granted this power argue in order to receive it.

Selma Brandl: Die Moderne Reitschule, Der richtige Weg zur Harmonie im Sattel (chap. Dressur) - commented translation

The object of my bachelor thesis - which is a translation of a text about horse riding and its commentary - is to make a translation that could be published without many improvements in the magazine Jezdectví or on the website Equichannel. While translating, I followed the translation process of Jirí Levý which he describes in his book Umení prekladu. First, I analysed the original text according to Christiane Nord, then I looked for text parts difficult to translate. I analysed them in their broader context and I chose suitable Czech equivalents for them. During terminology translation, I followed the rules of Czech Equestrian Federation and other literature. Because there is not enough Czech written or into Czech translated literature about horse riding - especially about dressage - I would like to extend the literary basis of this sport. Dressage and horse riding in general are not as popular as e.g. in Germany that is why I try to address the recipient more strongly to get him interested in the text. The first part of my work is dedicated to the translation, in which I do not leave out translation of the picture legend; the second part deals with the analysis of the original text and in the last part I discuss translation problems that I had to solve and I confront the original text with the translation...
