Název: Vztah bolesti zad u parkurových a drezurních jezdců v závislosti na míře stability. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit vztah mezi bolestí zad u parkurových a drezurních jezdců v závislosti na míře stability za pomoci počítačové posturografie Neurocom Smart Equitest System. Metody: V práci jsem použila pro záznam a měření́ dynamické posturální stability počítačový posturograf NeuroCom Smart EquiTest. Tento stroj se využívá hlavně k vyšetření funkčních poruch v senzorickém, vestibulárním a neuromuskulárním aparátu. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 20 jezdců. 10 jezdců parkuru a 10 jezdců drezury. Ti byli vybráni na základě odeslaného dotazníku jezdcům umístěným do 100. místa českého žebříčku ve své disciplíně v roce 2022. Při splnění kritérií byli zařazeni do projektu. Probandi byli ve věku 18-35 let, praktikující jízdu na koni každý den minimálně v posledních 10 letech. Praktické měření probíhalo v listopadu 2023 v Kineziologické laboratoři katedry fyzioterapie na FTVS UK. Každý proband podstoupil sedm po sobě jdoucích testů. A to v následujícím pořadí - Senzory Organization Test, Motor Control Test, Adaptation Test, Unilateral Stance, Limits of Stability, Rythmic Weight Shift, Weight Bearing Squat Test. Naměřená data byla zaznamenána a zpracována programem NeuroCom Banlance Manager Software.... Title: The relationship of back pain in show jumping and dressage riders depending on the degree of stability Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the relationship between back pain in show jumping and dressage riders depending on the degree of stability. With the help of computer posturography Neurocom Smart Equitest System. Methods: In my thesis, I used the NeuroCom Smart EquiTest computerized posturograph to record and measure dynamic postural stability. This machine is mainly used to examine functional disorders in the sensory, vestibular and neuromuscular apparatus. The research sample consisted of 20. 10 jumping and 10 dressage riders. They were selected on the basis of a questionnaire sent to riders ranked 100th in the Czech rankings in their discipline in 2022. If they met the criteria, they were included in the project. Probands were aged 18-35 years, practicing horse riding every day for at least the last 10 years. The practical measurement took place in November 2023 in the Kinesiology Laboratory of the Department of Physiotherapy at FTVS UK. Each proband underwent seven consecutive tests.
