Antropiusová, Andrea ; Klinka, Tomáš (advisor) ; Nováková, Sylva (referee)
This diploma thesis, Didactic exploitation of the francophonie in the Oceania, resulted from insufficient outcomes of a questionnaire focusing on the francophonie and francophone facts of the overseas territories located in the Pacific Ocean. The diploma thesis consists of three main parts which are subsequently divided into subchapters. The first part explains the choice, focus and targets of the questionnaire and provides its evaluation as well. The theoretical part aims at clarifying and defining receptive and productive competence from a didactic viewpoint with regard to language level A2 and B1, given by CEFRL. The practical part follows with a description of created worksheets always containing exercises that aim firstly at receptive competence - listening, and then at productive competence - speaking. Texts together with exercises focus mainly on culture and tradition, then on language situation and language oddities of the following French overseas territories in the Pacific Ocean: French Polynésia, Wallis and Futuna, Vanuatu and New Caledonia. KEYWORDS the Pacific Ocean, language oddities, local languages, overseas territories, francophone, worksheets, receptive and productive competence - listening and speaking, language level, language resources, language games, didactic processing
The myth of the literary
Matysová, Daniela ; Kubalík, Štěpán (advisor) ; Kaplický, Martin (referee)
This diploma thesis is concerned with possible connection between literary theory of Wolfgang Iser and analytic philosophy of language. First of all I introduce analytic linguistic turn in general but the main part of thesis is dedicated to two opposite conceptions of language and interpretaton within the latter period of analytical movement. I want to explore Michael Dummett's and Donald Davidson's dispute over the role of conventions and questions about their indispensability in linguistic communication.Whereas their own opinions converge in view of the fact that influence of society on human thought is radically irreducible, there is great difference between their beliefs in the necessity of conception of rules inherent in social linguistic practice. My aim is to vindicate Davidson's theory of interpretation against Dummett's objections and then continue to discussing Iser's own theory of reading. Particularly I try to demonstrate that Iser's concept of literariness is based on Dummett's philosophical assumptions. In closing the main interest will be to reconsider if Iser's explanation of difference between literature and ordinary speech or document stands up to Davidson's challenge of Iser's entire treatment of linguistic practice. And, namely, if Davidson' philosophy of language can provide an...

Didactical conception of Game in Civic Education
MIKASOVÁ, Jitka
The thesis concerns the didactics of the civics. It focuses on a game in tea-ching. The conception of a game in the didactics is a basic phenomenon of the teaching at the second level at a basic school. First, the thesis includes a theoretical and interpretative part. It is di-vided into chapters and subchapters. Its focus is different kinds of games and the use of them in teaching of the civics. The topics of the chapters are didactic games, simulation, education by experience, a list of different games, dramatic and action games, language games, and the choice of games, respectively. There is a list of games in each chapter and their practical use in teaching. There are also given definitions in some parts. Second, there is a part concerning the practical evaluation of the games after their previous use during my teaching within my work experience at a basic school. The aim of the thesis is the attempt to draw a conclusion whether the pupils accepted the individual games during my teaching or not, and whether the games have brought any benefit to them.
