Demonstration Motosalon - technological phase coarse upper construction

The subject of my bachelor thesis is creation of carcass superstructure on Motosalon showroom in Ostrava, and time-economical comparison of monolithic and prefabricated construction technology. This thesis deals with the technological regulations for concrete monolithic construction and installation of prefabricated elements. It also contains a technical report, technical report of a building site, a draft of mechanical reports, construction timetables, itemized budgets, plan of inspections and examinations, environmental plan of the building, work safety, precast export plan, the solution of transport routes, the situation and site equipment for both technologies.

The content of this work is the construction of the theater in Ždírec nad Doubravou, concrete implementation of carcass superstructure. My bachelor´s thesis describes the implementation of the norm ISO 9001:2001 in the company ABC Security. I record a kind of the company; I do analysis and consider the possibilities of theoretical data. I propose the procedure how to reach the certificate ISO 9001:2001 in the final part.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to on a practical example, with use of the quality system, describe the current state of input casting inspection in Tribotec Ltd. and output casting inspection of casting suppliers in this company and to suggest a new way of output casting inspection on Tribotec Ltd. with higher quality of spoilage rate survey of supplying casting already at the input inspection stage.

Evaluation of statistical quality control (SPC) in solving the stability of processes in die castings

The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe the system of the aluminium casting alloys, with focus on the aluminium castings used for die casting. In this part of the thesis the different methods of the quality management are described. The practical application of these methods is described in the experimental part of this thesis, in which we focus on the evaluation of the statistical quality management and the process stability of the die casting parts of the selector mechanism cover. This part of the thesis also contains suggestion for the QFD method for this cast.
