Financing of Business Activities of BARVY A LAKY TELURIA, s.r.o.

The topic of the master’s thesis is the appropriate selection of financing business activities, namely investments into the preparation of a high capacity hall of the company BARVY A LAKY TELURIA, s.r.o which deals in the chemical industry. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, analytical part and a design part. The first theoretical part is focused on the characteristics and division of the possibilities of financing the established business activity and the procedures in the field of financial analysis. The second analytical part is firstly focused, with the help of financial analysis, on the evaluation of the company’s financial situation and secondly it contains an initial selection of the possible funding of the high capacity hall. The final design part contains a recommendation of a suitable financing activity in the form of a high capacity hall extension.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development project implemented by the company Urbau a.s. in the district of Brno – countryside. The the toretical part of the thesis deals with investment decision-making and project issues. Part of the thesis is analysis of the real estate market in Czech Republic and its development in recent years. In the practical part, the development project is evaluated using selected methods. The following are my own solutions and recommendations for the success of the project.
Evaluation of Economic Efficiency of Investment Project

This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of the planned investments in the form of buying a laser cutting machine in a middle sized enterprises engaged in manufacturing industry. There are analyzed the possibilities of financing the investment with a focus on subsidies from EU structural funds. Based on the results of methods of the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment is decided on the implementation and drafted their own proposals and recommendations.
Experimental verification of powdered plastics coating with painting shop layout

This thesis deals with an experimental verification of powdered plastics coating on a component with a painting shop layout. Part of this thesis is looking for the best kind of a paint which meets the wishes from the company such as specific dielectric strength or cladding thickness. The selective variation is drown up into the technological project. At the end of the thesis there is a technical-economical evaluation of the project, focusing mainly on the efficiency of the investment in new mechanical equipment and on the economic return.
Theoretical and Practical Approaches to Private Equity under Conditions of the Czech Republic

Author of this dissertation focuses on venture capital financing in the Czech Republic. Individual aspects of venture capital financing from the perspective of investors and also businesses are researched and evaluated in this work and formulated proposals for changes that may lead to the development of venture capital financing in the Czech Republic .This research is based on findings published in foreign scientific journals and own research. This dissertation has several scientific objectives. It is necessary to identify the evaluation criteria used by the investors to evaluate the proposed business plans. It is also important to research the nonfinancial added value and to determine the forms of support businesses receive from the investors. The final objective is to identify the limitations of venture capital financing in the Czech Republic. A list of recommendations that should improve the condi-tions of venture capital financing is formulated based on these identified limitations. Primary research was conducted with the help of questionnaires and interviews. Resulting qualitative data was evaluated with the help of Microsoft Excel. Thorough analysis of the qualitative data allowed the formulation of conclusions which can be found in the final part of this work. This dissertation provides a complex view of venture capital financing in the Czech Republic, its specifics, conditions and limitations.
Financing of Ecological Investments with the Support of Structural Funds of EU

This diploma thesis focuses on financing of ecological investments, let us say financing of alternative sources of energy, especially fotovoltaic eletric power stations. In one part the thesis focuses on the list of structural funds and ways of financing. The thesis offers the abstract of legislation and limitations which goes with the applicants in all periods of projects. The analysis of the background concerning the financing ecological investments in the Czech Republic is the integral part of thesis. The practical part of the thesis shows if the ecological project could be interesting and beneficial for investors. The Cost Benefit Analysis could be instrumental for finding out the relevant information.

The Diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of company’s investment plan to build both production and packaging line, to pursue production of syrups. Main part of the Diplo-ma thesis assess effectivnes of the investment by correctly chosen indicators of dynamic methods. Monte Carlo method was used to compare results of effectivnes of the simula-tion with traditional methods. Reccommendations of project’s feasibility are concluded in the last part of the thesis.

The task of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the planned investment of SVOBODA-stavby s.r.o. in the matter of the purchase of a new machine, which is supposed to contribute to saving the company's financial costs. The thesis analyzes the basic theoretical knowledge regarding the company's investment plan, then characterizes the company and classifies the overall effectiveness of the plan. At the end of the work, it will evaluate the planned investment of the company on the realization of the project and define recommended suggestions for improvement.
Economic Aspects of Expanding Business Activites of a Selected Entity

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the economic aspects of expanding business activities of a selected entity. Specifically the thesis explores three expansion opportunities and their impact on the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the theory behind the second practical part. The aforementioned practical part of this thesis starts with a characteristic of the selected entity and an analysis of the chosen economic indicators. This is followed by a comparison of the selected company with it's direct competitors which helps evaluate the company's current business activities in the context of the industry. The conclusion of the practical part introduces and evaluates investment opportunities that the company could use for the expansion of it's business activity.
