The bachelor´s thesis is focused on problems of internal direction by creating accounting procedure. In introduction is analysis of problems connection with design directions and with problems of stocktaking. Next part of this thesis is focused on design of suitable internal direction for stocktaking for chosen company. The aim of this thesis is design suitable direction, which will be suitable for requirements of company by internal of possession and by stocktaking of property.

Evaluation of the preliminarya and audit processes of a selected joint stock company

This master thesis deals with the topic of auditing. However, it is not about the audit of a specific company, but about the preparation of the selected company for the upcoming audit. The selected company in this case is Kovárna VIVA, a. s. In the theoretical part I first explain in detail the concept of audit. In the practical part I try to approach the objectives of the thesis. This is the assessment of the preparation for the audit and its course, or the elaboration of a proposal for effective preparation for the audit and ensuring its smooth course.

The outputs of the thesis are proposals of the directives, which have been proposed in accordance with legislative conditions and specific needs of companies.

Master thesis deals with assets stocktaking using mobile application at an environment of a company. The theoretical part analyzes the current mobile application for stocktaking and available development technologies. And also describes stocktaking problem in general. The practical part focuses on selection of appropriate development technology. Next the part focuses on the design and implementation of universal mobile application. The mobile application is implemented using the C# programming language and the .NET Framework. Finally the conclusions and recommendations are deduced based on evaluating and discussing of results.

The Stocktaking as the Instrument of Substantive Control of Accounting

This bachelor thesis is focused on the stocktaking of assets and liabilities. Duty to conduct stocktaking is assigned by law. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to clarify issues of stocktaking, to describe its process and to demonstrate its impact on accounting. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and mentions documents of stocktaking. It describes the whole process of stocktaking focusing on selected components of assets and liabilities. The practical part applies theoretical findings by example of a fictitious company. It confirms a hypothesis that the process of stocktaking substantially influences the balance sheet total and profit/loss of accounting entity. The stocktaking enables to compare true balance with accounting balance and to correct found discrepancies. It is an essential part of accounting entity which should pay enough attention to it.

The aim of this diploma work is to analyse the process of final accounts and account closing in a selected establishment. The work consists of three parts. The first and the second parts focus on the theoretical process of compiling of final accounts and account closing from the point of view of the hold legislation. Subsequently, the work presents the formal and content parts of profit and loss accounts. The third part of the work provides monitoring of the process of final accounts and account closing in a real company. The final part focuses on the evaluation and improvement proposals.
