Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic. V úvodní části je rozbor problematiky spojené s vytvářením směrnic a s problematikou inventarizací. Další část této práce je zaměřena na vytvoření vhodné směrnice pro inventarizaci pro vybranou společnost. Cílem práce je vytvoření vhodných směrnic, které budou splňovat požadavky společnosti při běžné činnosti společnosti a především při inventarizaci majetku. The bachelor´s thesis is focused on problems of internal direction by creating accounting procedure. In introduction is analysis of problems connection with design directions and with problems of stocktaking. Next part of this thesis is focused on design of suitable internal direction for stocktaking for chosen company. The aim of this thesis is design suitable direction, which will be suitable for requirements of company by internal of possession and by stocktaking of property.
