Bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of improvement of inventory management, storage management and supply logistics. The first part explains the general concepts of the issue of logistics, stock and storage. In the third part the inventory is divided into classes based on their share of total sales with the help of ABC method and XYZ method to remove problems, such as plenty and lack of supplies.

The bachelor thesis deals with process optimization in the company Czech Craft Beers a.s. Based on a detailed analysis, improvements are proposed. The main proposal is the relocation of warehouse space and the introduction of records of returnable packaging. The aim of the optimization proposal is to simplify the processes related to storage and subsequently reduce operating costs.

It contains an analysis of the current situation, identify problems and defeciencies, evaluate them and propose measures to alleviate or eliminate them, thereby contributing to a more efficient use of corporate costs, such as time, staff, materials and others.

In the theoretical part, there is the general knowledge about the auditing, the audit legislation, the procedure of financial statements audit and the auditing issues from the audited company's perspective. The next separate part concerns Austrian auditors. The practical part applies the selected audit procedures in the audited company and analyzes the preparation of the audited company for the audit. The proposal part contains the recommendations for the organization of accounting work within this preparation.

The thesis is focused on the study and optimize inventory management at Kordárna Plus, a. s. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the basic concepts related to inventory management, classification, costs associated there with and methods of inventory control. The practical part is focused on the analysis of stocks on the process of procuring, warehousing and inventory control. This analysis uncovered deficiencies for which they proposed solutions. Proposals should lead to improved inventory management in the company.

Main subject of this master thesis is inventory controlling in Siemens Elektromotory, s.r.o. (Ltd), plant Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. In theoretical part are described the essential topics as the controlling generally , then substance of the the inventory controlling and the importation of inventory for the company, their classification and reasons, why is it so important to go in for the inventory controlling. In the practical part the thesis describes current situation in the company and current controlling toolls in inventory field. Then is described the process of developing new inventrory controlling program and the contribution of this program for inventory management. In following part is performed the ABC analysis of invetory acording their proportion on the total consumption. Based on this part are formulated suggestions for setting up new consignment stocks and calculated the influence on the company asset management
