The goal of this master´s thesis: Audit from the Perspective of a Company” is to identify discretions and duties of a company based on the obligation to verify financial statement by the auditor. Among fundamental duties of the company belongs obligation to provide all important information for the financial statement. That´s the reason, why I chose to summarize necessary law, accounting and tax documents as a partial target of this thesis.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on problems with in-house accounting guidelines in company E-Technik, a. s. The bachelor´s thesis is based on current legislation and regulations, which govern accounting and in-house guidelines. The main aim is to create in-house accounting guideline for a complete and proven stock records and capture stock in accounting. Created in-house accounting guideline ensures the same procedures for valuation reserves and stock records in the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with internal directive of Audit, tax and accouting office in Zlin, a. s. First part of this bachelor thesis focuses on the theoretical basis for internal directive – internal wage regulation. Especially it focuses on rewarding employees. In the second part are informations about the company and there is performed a financial analysis of selected idicators and current internal directive od Audit, tax and accounting office in Zlin a.s. The result of this analysis is identification of the problem. In the third part is devised the solution of identified problem by producing new internal directive – internal wage regulation of Audit, tax and accounting office in Zlin a. s.

The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background of the internal company directives and the definition of basic concepts related to employees. The second part contains basic information about the company and evaluation of the current state of the company. The last part contains a proposal for a new internal company directive, which is focused on employees and specifically on the work rules.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with creation of internal directive for inventory management in a selected entity. The first part of the thesis is devoted to providing a theoretical basis for internal directives, inventory management, record - keeping, valuation, accounting methods and inventory auditing. The following part comprises basic information about the company, a financial analysis of its statements and an analysis of the current status of its inventory management directives. In the last part, a proposal for an internal directive focused on inventory management is presented based on the acquired knowledge and results of the analysis.

International truck transport in terms of rights

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the legislation of international truck transport. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the appropriate interpretation of problems of an international truck transport. These problems are discussed in the technical literature and in the relevant legislation. The sources for the theoretical part of the thesis are primarily the legislation relating to the road transport, the different conventions and contracts and literature that deals with international truck transport. The second, practical, part of the thesis includes the comparison of international and domestic truck transport. In the practical part I did an interview with the owner of a transport company. Based on the interview I processed an internal directive. And this internal directive is about the compliance with safety breaks, driving time, rest periods and other duties of truck drivers.
