Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza právní úpravy mezinárodní kamionové dopravy. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na srozumitelný výklad problematiky mezinárodní kamionové dopravy. O této problematice je pojednáno v odborné literatuře a příslušných právních předpisech. Zdrojem teoretické části je především zákon o silniční dopravě, různé úmluvy a dohody a literatura, která pojednává o mezinárodní kamionové dopravě. Druhá, praktická, část práce zahrnuje komparaci mezinárodní a vnitrostátní kamionové dopravy. V praktické části jsem dělala rozhovor s majitelem dopravní společnosti. Na základě rozhovoru jsem vytvořila vnitropodnikovou směrnici. Tato směrnice je o dodržování bezpečnostních přestávek, doby jízdy a doby odpočinku a ostatních povinností řidičů kamionu. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the legislation of international truck transport. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the appropriate interpretation of problems of an international truck transport. These problems are discussed in the technical literature and in the relevant legislation. The sources for the theoretical part of the thesis are primarily the legislation relating to the road transport, the different conventions and contracts and literature that deals with international truck transport. The second, practical, part of the thesis includes the comparison of international and domestic truck transport. In the practical part I did an interview with the owner of a transport company. Based on the interview I processed an internal directive. And this internal directive is about the compliance with safety breaks, driving time, rest periods and other duties of truck drivers.
