Accident insurance on the Czech insurance market

The theme of this thesis is Accident insurance on the Czech insurance market. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is dedicated to the characteristics of accident insurance and definitions. First part of the thesis also includes statistical data on injuries. The second part concerns market research and the possibility to sign accident insurance on-line. The third part focuses on specific offers of accident insurance for two selected insurance companies. The fourth part compares model of accident insurance according to the on-line and official calculators of insurance companies. In the fifth part, statistical data show the situation on the Czech insurance market and its progress in recent years. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the Czech insurance market in the field of accident insurance and to compare the offer of accident insurance between selected insurance companies.

Legal regulation of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation. The thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one briefly describes a history related to the subject of my thesis. The chapter consists of three subchapters which are divided according to time periods. Chapter two represents a general introduction to the subject of my thesis. This chapter deals with injury and also in general deals with liability insurance and its legal regulation. The second chapter also focuses on principles of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation. The main part of my thesis is chapter three which examines the current legal regulation in Czech Republic and also contains my views. Third chapter is widely divided. It consists of nine subchapters. The first subchapter explains formation of insurance. The second subchapter characterises an insurance contract. The next one describes an extent of insurance of liability for damage caused as a result of a car operation. The forth subchapter deals with the payment of premium and with its calculation. The supply analysis of accident insurance

This bachelor thesis deals with personal accident insurance in the Czech Republic. It is divided into two parts. The first one is devoted to personal accident insurance characterization, to its history, to insurance benefit types definition and to insurance market condition. It is also specialized in the employer's liability insurance in the selected insurance companies, both in terms of insurance conditions and practical point of view. Among others there is solved a question of additional accident benefit's profitability in terms of life insurance compared to the classical personal accident insurance. In the end follows a summary of all observed information.

This bachelor thesis deals with the application of marketing in the insurance industry. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical part and practical part. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical knowledge of marketing and insurance sector. The theoretical knowledge is used to evaluate application of Marketing Mix Tools in the ČPP.
