Programming tools for robotic workstations for cold metal deposition
Odehnal, Martin ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the development of software for a robotic workstation designed for the rapid preparation of coating the surface of rotating parts using cold spray metal deposition technology. The cold spray workstation is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. The developed application provides support for the institute's staff in experimental activities in this area. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to provide information to the processes associated with virtual commissioning, programming industrial robots, and the basics of cold spray technology. The practical part addresses the specific implementation of the software application and the integration of an external motor to the robotic controller via the PROFINET communication bus.
Conceptual Design of a Robotic System for Complex Stator Handling part 2
Stebnický, Zbyněk ; Simeonov, Simeon (referee) ; Juříček, Martin (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on the conceptual design of a robotic system for complex manipulation of stators for the company Innomotics Mohelnice. The goal is to create an efficient and reliable system utilizing not only industrial robots but also Industry 4.0 technologies. The work includes the design of a robotic workstation, selection of suitable robots and tools, simulation modeling, and an economic analysis of the conceptual design. The resulting system is designed to improve the efficiency and quality of existing manufacturing operations.
Predictive maintenance for automated assembly machines
Janík, Vladimír ; Burget, Radim (referee) ; Mecerod, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with data analysis. Data obtained from automated assembly machines and their quick and well-arranged displaying in a format suitable for individual end users. In the thesis web frameworks are compared and database structure as well as final software solution is proposed. The data is loaded using the implemented programming language module. The data is further analyzed and displayed to a user through a web-based application accessible to end user from every device connected to the corporate network.
Model of a laboratory in virtual reality
Molnár, Imrich ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hůlka, Tomáš (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis is engaged in creating automation with robots in virtual reality. In the beginning, there is a brief research on the history of technology, the various use of VR technology in our time, alternatives for commercially achievable VR headsets, and various options to improve quality. The next section briefly describes industrial robots, their control, kinematics types, and a guide for choosing the right software for various use cases. The work is writing about an automation procedure for one and two SCARA robots, compatible with virtual reality with RoboDK software so that the program would be executable on a real robot. The base points will write, how we created and repaired models for active and interactive objects, testing of animation, software optimization for Oculus Quest 2 headset, and options to export this automatization project.
