Development of a new methodology for solidification products made of hazardous waste durability evaluation

This thesis deals with a new methodology of durability evaluation of solidification product prepared from hazardous waste based on a review of the current state assessment of stabilized/solidificated wastes. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current knowledge from the field of the stabilization/solidification and to draft the optimal methodology for experimental verification of solidification products to guarantee sufficient quality of carried out solidification and safe utilization in the field of the building industry.
Merger of Daughter Companies

This work deals with mergers of commertial companys in largers economic units. Chapters are systematicly organized and provide the reader with overview of the development, relevant issues and execution of mergers of commercial companies. The work shows styles of merger execution, company´s motives for merger and finally also legal regulations connected with this proccess. Other sections of this work show analyses of companies, which have undergone a merger. You can see characteristics of these organisations and compare their merger execution plans and detailed schedule for different stages of the merge project.
Formation, incorporation and invalidity of business company

The title of this master thesis is "Formation, incorporation and invalidity of business company". The study is based on the Czech law contained mainly in the Commercial Code. The first part of the thesis describes the entire constitution process of a new business company. The second part focuses on issues related to invalidity of a business company. The Czech Commercial Code distinguishes six forms of business companies - general commercial partnership (unlimited partnership), limited partnership company, limited liability company, joint-stock company, European company and European economic interest grouping. Constitution process of a new business company can be divided into two phases - establishment of a business company and creation of a business company. Each of these phases contains specific issues that are analysed in particular chapters of the study. The thesis is composed of seven chapters. Chapter One provides general characteristics of a business company including its legal regulation. Chapter Two deals with establishment of a business company. It describes business company's founder and focuses on issues related to the founder's deed including its substantial requirements. Legislation regarding the incorporation in the Czech Republic and Great Britain in comparison. The thesis aims to evaluate the legislation of the Czech Republic and Great Britain regarding the process of incorporation and issues related to newly established companies. The thesis also proposes changes to Czech legislation and seeks to determine which of the systems is more favorable for the founders. The thesis comprises seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the process of incorporation in both countries. The introductory first part defines the principal aim of the thesis, points out problematic areas and explores difficulties arising with regards to language and translation. Chapter one is subdivided into three parts and deals with legal framework of both countries as well as the matter of legal personality. Chapter two, which is subdivided into two parts, is devoted to the definition of what constitutes a company. First, companies recognized under British law are introduced; second, the four types of Czech companies are described. Recovery duration and its effect on acceleration

Titel: Recovery duration and its effect on acceleration Objectives: The primary goal was to find out the effect of different recovery duration between sprints of 30 m distance. The secondary goal was to find out what are the views of trainers from different sports sectors on the interval of rest, the nature of the rest, and how they can influence the speed. Methods: Data for the results of my bachelor thesis were obtained by the method of testing and subsequent comparison of repeated speed runs to 4 x 30 m, among which there was a different interval of rest. Measurement was attended by 15 football players of adolescent age. Three groups of soccer players after a classic pre-match warm-up (warm-up, mobilization, and dynamic ballless exercises, ball exercises) have completed two runs of 30 meters, among which rest was 4 minutes. Subsequently, each group had a different recovery duration when GROUP I rested 10 minutes, GROUP II 20 minutes, and GROUP III 40 minutes. After a set recovery interval, the test was to complete a 5 minute run, which contained a shortened version of the special running excersizes and followed by another two runs of 30 meters with a 4 minute interval of rest. The topic of the thesis "Formation, Incorporation and Invalidity of the Business Company" has been chosen by the author due to its permanent topicality. The goal is to analyse process of formation and incorporation of business companies according to the Czech legislation. The incorporation of new juridical person consists of two-stage process of establishment. This thesis is primarily based on the analysis of definitions of laws, expert publications and on examples of judicial decisions. It shows risk of insufficient or incorrect formulation in the Articles of Association. With the detection of serious drawbacks in founding legal action, the existing company is threatened with resolution of its invalidity. The thesis is divided into seven parts including introduction and conclusion. The second chapter, most comprehensive, deals with the essentials of form and content of Articles of Association. The part dealing with content essentials is furthermore divided into five subchapters depending on figures, which the Articles of Association must contain so that a company can be properly incorporated. Incorporation of Luxembourg among the Lands of the Bohemian Crown

The object of this diploma thesis is the incorporation of Luxembourg among the Lands of the Bohemian Crown. This theme was chosen primarily for the reason that it have not been compiled and analyzed by historiography so far. Available literature usually takes the incorporation of Luxembourg in the Bohemian Crown automatically as a fact without further reasoning. As a result of this approach there is considerable amount of inaccuracies and mistakes in literature. Primary inaccuracy is in a date or in a time period determining the incorporation of Luxembourg in the Bohemian Crown, when literature often indicate the reign of King Charles IV or even the reign of King John of Luxembourg. The purpose of this diploma thesis is not only analyzing the process of incorporation, but also disproves continuing inaccuracies. For this reason the diploma thesis draws and analyzes essential facts primarily from original sources and confront them with available literature.
