Normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) is an important part of the differential dia- gnosis of the causes of cognitive deficit, gait disorder and incontinence in elderly patients. This is especially true for idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH), to which this thesis is dominantly devoted.
