This bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation of the construction of the Apartment building in the Kroměříž. The object has an atypical shape composed of two squares. Apartment building is designed for 32 people. The building is designed as a four-storey and house with a cellar. On the underground floor there are storage areas, technical backgrounds and free times activities. On the first floor is a main entrance and two flats, on the second to four flor are just flats. The building is bricked from brick block with filigree floor slab and with a flat roof.

Apartment house Vyškov

The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for the constrution building of apartment building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of town Vyškov, number of builing plot is 3088/1, 3088/4, 3088/11, 3088/12 a 3088/13. Terain is sloping. In the apartment building there are 3 above-ground floor and 1 belowground floor. In the below-groun floor there are situated garrage standing, storage spaces and technical spaces. In the above-ground floor there are situated flats. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall be composed of vertically performe block Vapis. Object have a external contact thermal insulation Etics, fasade is made of mineral fiber – insulated of stone. The ceiling construction is made of prefabricated Spiroll panels. Staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. Roofing of objekt is composed of single-layer flat roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.

Multifunctional house on the Francouzská street in Brno

The Bachelor's Thesis is based on the architectural study completed during the second year of the bachelor's studies. Its aim was to design an apartment building with second use by my choice. I've chosen a commercial spaces – a small space for store on the ground floor and a versatile studio on the top floor. On the other floors there are four single flat units with a loggy and a balcony, two bedrooms and spacious common room. Every flat has a cellar in a basement. Versitale studio offers facillities for artists or offices. It contains one big room with multifunctional use with an extensive roof terrace with a view into neighbourhood. The shop spaces are located to the first floor and has a entrance right form the street. Nowadays offers a lot of possibilities to use such small spaces enriched by a store and staff facilities. The building is located in the centre of Brno on the Francouzská street, which connects with Milady Horákové street. Currently there is a single-storey building, that replaced a former apartment building. Because of that, there became a gap site between other multi-storey buildings. The design tries to keep the principles of surrounding buildings by its form. This is guaranteed by the external spaces of each flat and by following the frontage line – the building reacts to it by its form of gentle curve on its facade.

Revitalization of multifunctional house in Uhersky Brod

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the revitalization of a multifunctional building in Uherský Brod. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building has four floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is reinforced concrete frame with brickwork. Ceiling structures are from reinforced concrete primary and secondary beams with slabs. Roofs of the building are designed as pitched roof, warm flat roof and double–skinned roof.

The subject of my diploma thesis is sports centre. There are 3 establishments. Main establishment is shooting range. Others are gun store and café. Floor 1S is almost completely under terrain and is designed with cast-in-place concrete. Ceiling above floor 1S is designed with cast-in-place concrete slab. Floor 1NP is designed with aerated concrete blocks with ventilated facade. Ceiling above 1NP is designed with prestressed concrete floor slabs. Roof was designed as flat roof with growing layer. The drawings were processed in a computer program ArchiCad.

Dwelling house Kociánka

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of an apartment house with eight flats standing alone on the plot, which is situated in the brno-sadová district. The building is five-storey, with one underground floor with garages and four above-ground floors. The vertical load-bearing structures are sand-lime masonry fitted with a contact heating system. The object is based on CFA piled and base plate relative to the subsoil type. Roofing is then solved by a double-skinned flat roof with a ventilated air gap

Object is situated on the cadastral area of Město Náměšť nad Oslavou, number of builing plot is 780/189-190. Builing plot is located in new houses area. Terain is slightly sloping. In the apartment building there are 3 above-ground floor and 1 belowground floor. In the below-groun floor there are situated cellars, storage spaces and technical spaces. In the above-ground floor there are situated flats and two medical offices. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall is composed of vertically performe block Heluz. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab. Staircase is designet as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction too. Roofing of object is composed of flat roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.

The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for construction of apartment building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of Třebíč, number of bulding plot is 1037/28. Building plot is situated in the location Na kopcích on the eastern part of city. Terain is mostly planar. In the apartment bulding there are three above-ground floor and one below-ground floor. In the below-ground floor there are situated storage spaces, bicycle storage, workshop, cleaning room, storage room and technical space. In the first above-ground floor there are situated two flats and four garages. In the other below-ground floor there are always situated two flats on the floor. Structural system of this building is wall system. External below-ground wall be composed of concrete blocks and thermal insulation. External above-ground wall and inside wall be composed of lime sand blocks. Object have an external thermal contact insulation. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two reinforced slab. Staircase is designed as cast-in-place reinforced construction too. The roof of the bulding is flat. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.

Wooden House

The subject of my bachelor thesis is design of wooden family house. Building is designed as a single family house for family of four. The building is set into the sloping terrain and consists of two floors. One floor is partially under the terrain and is designed with the permanent shuttering DEK and with the Porotherm brick blocks. Ceiling above this floor is designed with the Porotherm ceiling system. Second floor is designed as a wooden house with the Novatop system. Ceiling above this floor is designed with the Novatop system. Vertical bearing structures are designed with contact insulation system. Roofis designed as a hipped roof with wooden truss girders. The drawings were processed in a computer program ArchiCad.

Detached family house, Hrabová

This bachelor´s thesis presents the design of a new house focussing on the project documentation for the building realization. The house comprised of one storey and a basement is designed for a family of four. The building is located in a slope terrain in the village Hrabová u Dubicka. Foundation structures are realized with plain concrete continuous footing. Vertical supportive constructions are designed from lost formwork concrete panels and the Liapor blocks. Ceiling constructions are realized with supported reinforced concrete slabs. The building is flat roof. The project documentation is processed with the help of the ArchCAD computer programme.
