	Classroom observation by the headmaster of secondary school Vratišovský, Karel ; Trojanová, Irena (advisor) ; Tureckiová, Michaela (referee) This bachelor thesis deals with inspection of middle and higher school management of private middle schools with focus on teacher's professional development. The thesis concentrates on private middle schools in Prague. It is divided into theoretical part and a research. The theoretical part deals with inspection as such, as it defines the term and presents its functions and types. Furthermore, it also explains its legal scope within the environment of private middle schools. We also learn about various effects of the inspection on teacher's professional development, about difficulties of such process and about elimination of any potential issues that connected with it. Special attention is brought to pre- and post-inspection interviews as well as to virtual inspections.
