The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of the realization project for the stage of the rough bottom construction of a residential building in Nitra. The subject of the work is the implementation of earthworks and rough substructure, which includes the implementation of piles, foundation slab, walls of the 1st floor and the ceiling above the 1st floor. The content of the work is the elaboration of a technical report focused on the stage of the rough substructure, the situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, the organization of construction for the stage of the rough substructure, the technological regulation for the realization of piles, the design of the machine assembly, the inspection and test plan for the earthworks and also for the realization of piles, the risks and their solutions in the framework of the safety on the construction site, the itemized budget, which includes the bill of quantities, and the timetable.

The first part contains a general introduction to the concept of health and safety and its importance for the company. The second part deals with occupational health and safety in the company, evaluating the measures related to the health of employees at work and the safety of the company. The third part evaluates the safety of the enterprise and a possible proposal for some improvement of safety in the enterprise.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

The subject matter of the bachelor’s thesis is the structurally technical resolution of the gross superstructure of a pavilion B, which is situated in the area of the Trutnov hospital. The pavilion consists of a four-storey ferroconcrete monolithic framework. The thesis contains a technical report, a report of the construction site equipment, the traffic stance in the surroundings of the construction site, the solution of the traffic alinements for the transport of materials, a draft of a mechanical assembly, a technological prescription of the monolithic structures, an adjudication of a crane and a concrete pump, a safety and a health protection at work, the environmental protection, the inspection and test plan, a timetable, the budget of the gross superstructure and a resource limit.

This diploma thesis elaborated on the subject „Contemporary Health and Safety at Work Problems and their Influence on the Functioning of an Organization“ focuses on the description of contemporary state of Health and safety at work problems in work activities, where the source of risk is represented by chemical substances, from the point of view of a company. The thesis sets out a view of legislative definition for the mentioned topic and also the possible application of safety at work management programs. This part also includes a summary description of risk analysis methods. In the practical part of the thesis, there is an organizational directive for a fictive company engaged in chemical production made. This directive will identify possible occupational risks resulting from the manufacturing process, and it will also evaluate the amount of risk for particular work activities in conjunction with hazard factors. The next part of the thesis contains a proposal of measures for risk reduction, based upon the previously mentioned evaluation. In the final part of the thesis, the author contemplates the possibilities of health and safety at work system improvement.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a study which designs a construction of a house with medical care implemented in a gap site between the existing terraced houses in Václavské Street in Jindřichův Hradec. The study deals with the implementation of the main technological stages during the construction. The main part is focused on a technological note of the roofing of the building with a gable and a flat roof, a time and financial plan for the construction of the roofing, a report of the area and equipment of the site for limited space possibilities. Finally the study is concerned about technological study of main building stages, engineering report, basic conception of construction site, technological note for roofing, summary and engineering report, machine assembly for roofing and lastly control and testing plan.

Realization of the rough construction of a polyfunctional building, Moravský Svätý Ján

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the stage of the upper rough construction of a multifunctional house in Moravský Svätý Ján, which is a monolithic skeleton. This skeleton is made up of columns, beams and a cross-reinforced ceiling slab. The object's construction system is bi-directional. The staircase is made up of prefabricated elements and its supporting structure consists of brickwork made of grounded Heluz bricks. The building is non-blocked and has three above-ground floors, but the monolithic skeleton forms only the first and second floors. The third floor consists of a cladding made of grounded Heluz masonry, which forms the supporting structure of the roof made of sculpted wood joinery. The project was provided by Ing. Hušek Miloš. The project was adapted to enter a replacement land in Moravský Svätý Ján, otherwise the building is located in the Moste near Bratislava.
