Compensatory exercise for women artistic gymnasts

Title: Compensatory exercise for women artistic gymnasts Objectives: Aim of the thesis was to discover deviations from correct posture and to verify efficiency of suggested compensatory exercise for women artistic gymnasts. Used methods: Study involved 9 girls (average age: 12 ± 0,7 years) who have been training gymnastics for 6,22 years in average. Individual subjects were tested for correct posture, tight muscles and hypermobility. Afterwards, an exercise plan stretched into five months was applied (21 lessons common for all the subjects, 14 lessons under a trainer's supervision for each subject individually and 59 at-home lessons). After completing the exercise plan, second testing was run. Results: Majority of the tested group was detected with hypermobility. At the beginning of the study, all the subjects had mild muscle tightness at least on one of the tested muscles (most often hip flexors). Having applying the exercise plan, status of three subjects (33,33 % of the group) has been compensated. Five subjects (55,55 %) have improved the status of at least one tight muscle. Verification of instructors influences upon loading during jumpig lesson

Title: Verification of instructor influence on the load during exercise session of "Jumping". Goals: The main goal is to observe the dynamics of heart rate during the 62-minute exercise session of "Jumping" and to observe the impact of the instructor on the cardiovascular system load, by monitoring heart rate. Methods: During the exercise session of "Jumping" we observe the cardiovascular system load on 38 volunteers aged 18-30 years, by monitoring of heart rate. For measuring heart rate, we used equipment Polar RS800CX. Probands were divided into four groups according to gender and age. Two groups of men and women in each age categories up to 20 years and from 21 to 30 years. Each proband completed four exercise sessions lasting about 62 minutes. The sessions were led by four different instructors. Results: The analysis results show that the average heart rates during 62 minute exercise session of "Jumping" are not significantly different. Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years

Title: Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years Objectives: The aim of the work was to verify the impact of extra-curricular movement activities on movement creativity of the pupils 10 - 12 old. By means of survey questionnaire we will acquire the information how many responders pursue movement activities and what kind of these activities. For the purpose of this work the basic schools in Prague and Mladá Boleslav will be addressed, research will be done with the pupils of 4th - 6th class. P.E. teachers with the pupils will fill in anonymous personal questionnaires with the chosen group and consequently a standardized Iowa-Brace test of docility and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be done with them. Method: The results will be acquired by the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Non- standardized questionnaire, standardized Iowa-Brace test and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be used. The results will be worked out by Microsoft Excel computer program. Results: The found out results proved that the responders who go in for gymnastic sports achieved the best assessments in the tested group. The analysis of causality between evolution of apparatus and development of reports in women's artistics gymnastics

The thesis provides an overview of historical evolution in gymnastics worldwide and also evolution in our country. It is focused on the history of women's artistic gymnastics. The emphasis is placed on the development of balance beam, as it is the main gymnastic apparatus in women's artistic gymnastics. The thesis, based on the study of historical sources, provides a summary of the characteristics of balance beam and describes the movements on this apparatus and defines the current regulations for the exercise on the balance beam according to the current rules of women's gymnastics.
Creating and verification of the sports gymnastics interest club programs for grammar school girls

The goal of my diploma thesis is to create a program suitable for sports gymnastics interest group contents at grammar schools and its verification in practice. The main goal is to create and verify a suitable program in sports gymnastics clubs (preparatory level) or in interest groups of sports gymnastics at grammar schools. The research was done at grammar school and nursery school in Sezimovo Ústí (interest groups of sports gymnastics for 7-11 years old pupils) from September to December 2011. The study includes finding the level of movement skills by entrance tests and possible improvement thanks to applied programs - it means finding the final level of movement skills. To find these results of movement skills, the testing battery was used. The results were written into a well-arranged tables and graphs. The diploma thesis includes a newly created program for sports gymnastics interest groups. It should also show this issue of interest group program to teachers and gymnastics coaches and help them create their own programs.
The influence of sports gymnastics on development of motor abilities and skills of young school-age children\\

The main point of this master´s thesis is the comparison of motor abilities by children who have been actively dedicated to sport gymnastics for at least four years and by those who have been involved in no sporting activity at all. On the basis of the results of motor tests and statistics calculations it was determined whether the sport gymnastics provides young school-age children with a particular impact on their motor abilities. That was even the aim of the whole study. The master´s thesis contains a list of twelve chosen motor tests that were carried out with children.

This diploma thesis focueses on a composition of training simple gymnastic exercises including bar and balance beam exercises and climbing for students of an elementary school and its use in practice. This methodology was applied to a chosen class of an elementary school. The main aims were to find the level of skills through the input tests then to make a progress after application of the composed methodology and finally to find the level of skills through the output tests. The thesis consists of 20 complete lesson plans of the particular lessons just as they were done. It should open up the issue of training simple gymnastic skills and to help teachers to make their P. E. Lessons attractive.
The Causality of Development of Gymnastic Apparatus and Development of Gymnastic Combinations on Beam and Floor Events

This piece of work is focused on development of gymnastic apparatus balance beam, floor events and gymnastic set of exercises on balance beam and floor events in the period from beginning of physical training up to the time after World War II. The last gymnastic sports still including some of the athletic disciplines took place during this time of period. All direct, progressive and historical methods were used to process obtained information.
The methodology concept of training simple gymnastic skills at the 1st stage of the primary school {--} rhytmic gymnastics

The subject of this theses is to compose the suggestion of methodology training of rhytmic gymnastics for primary school children and its verification in practise. The aim of the research is to find out the entrance rhytmic skills, their eventual improvement with the help of the built-up methodology, and the exit level of rhytmic skills. The theses contains the complete preparations for physical training lessons, the set of trainings and the description of particular dances. The theses should make the questions of training of the easiest dances accessible for the teachers.
