Design of Tyre Production Line Manipulation Equipment

The subject of this diploma thesis is to design a new construction of the machinery, which is used for manipulation with tire carts in rubber industry. The reason for the new design is to eliminate the main shortcomings of the existing provision. The aim of this project was to elaborate an overview of the current designs of the handling equipment in question and to subsequently construct a new suitable design solution. In addition, several conceptual calculations were needed to be used in the selection of the appropriate electric motor, transmission, pneumatic cylinders and wiring. The relevant parts were designed using structural FEM analyses. The several variants of the solutions were considered for a suitable construction design. Based on these FEM simulations, the relevant parts have been modified in terms of geometry so that the resulting manipulating machinery meets all the criteria, especially regarding safety.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the problem of rubber production lines and their possible elimination. The next step is the point that will be devoted to the design of a possible improvement of the line to increase efficiency, the software I worked with will be described, the hardware that was used, and in the final part the source code for the control system, which is designed for very precise frame positioning in one part of the line.

Analysis of chemical industry with emphasis on credit risk insurance in the CR

Práce detailně analyzuje jednotlivé sektory chemického průmyslu. Účelem je vyhodnocení rizikovosti firem z chemického průmyslu, na které poskytuje úvěrová pojišťovna pojistné krytí. Práce hodnotí nejen agregované výkonnostní charakteristiky chemického průmyslu, ale také agregované finanční ukazatele firem působících v chemickém průmyslu a jejich platební morálku. Součástí práce je konfrontace závěrů analýzy s reálnými daty úvěrové pojišťovny. Poslední část věnujicí se analýze chemického průmyslu popisuje novou směrnici REACH, která vstupuje v platnost od 1. června 2008. V závěru práce je uvedeno, zda existuje prostor pro úvěrovou pojišťovnu k získání nových klientů z řad chemického průmyslu.

Provedení finanční analýzy ve firmě Česká gumárenská společnost, a.s.. Zhodnocení její dosavadní situace z pohledu externího uživatele vycházejícího z účetnídch výkazů společnosti na jejích webových stránkách. Zhodnocení se týká hospodaření firmy od roku 2002 do roku 2005. Použití poměrových i absolutních ukazatelů, na základě kterých je hodnocen současný stav, ale i budoucí ekonomický rozkvět společnosti. Je provedeno i mezipodnikové sronání v úrovni tržního segmentu gumárenského průmyslu.
