Sheepfarm

It is an ecological family farm engaged in raising sheep and processing of sheep milk. There is a restaurant and accommodation at hotel level. Proposed set of objects is located south-west of the village Pozďatín on a gentle hill and is surrounded by pastures and woods. The concept is based on a traditional country farmhouse with a semi-closed court. The buildings are irregularly interwoven of narrow and tall blocks with different colors, which expand and illuminate the attic space and allowing its use. The northern building is a restaurant, accommodation for guests and a flat of house owner , there are stables in the south and side is covered parking for mechanization on the west side. Buildings are designed by wooden system, so-called the Platform-Frame system.
Pension with wine bar, Sardice

This Diploma Thesis solves design of the pension with wine bar. The building is located on the edge of the of village Šardice. It is a single storey basement building with attic that is roofed by a gable roof with dormers. Floor plan of the building is rectangular with the entrance facing northeast. There is a restaurant with facilities on the first floor and guest rooms where two of them are designed as wheel chair accessible. On the second floor there are only guest rooms. The construction of the building is structural masonry system. Bearing vertical structures are made of permanent formwork in the ground floor, for external walls are used aerated concrete blocks and for the inner bearing masonry are used lime sand-lime blocks. Horizontal bearing structures consists of prestressed hollow core slab, bearing structure of the roof consists of purlin roof.
VILARO Family Winery, Velké Bílovice

This thesis describes the design of a project Family Winery VILARO in Velké Bílovice. It consists of two objects. The first is a guesthouse with a restaurant and the second is a production building with a tasting room. The guesthouse is submitted in the stage of building design. Production facility, a winery, is discussed further as the implementation project. The winery is located in a slightly sloped terrain. It has one partially cellared ground floor. The roof is atypical, one part is sloped triple-coated shed roof, second part is flat with stabilizing layer. The support systém mainly consists of brick blocks, ferroconcrete walls, ferroconcrete boards, ferroconcrete beam ceiling and prestressed concrete ceiling panels Spiroll. The project assumes using of typical building materials.
Evaluating the economic effectiveness of business project

This diplome thesisdeals with determining of investment project economic efficiency. Evaluated investment project is redevelopment of urban house into boarding house with restaurant and café. The project is analyzed both in terms of pre-investment phase and 6 years after completion or reconstruction.  There is comparison of both analysis at the end of dissertation including optimal solution suggestion of current situation.
Multipurpose Rekreational Facility

This master thesis deals with the proposal of a multifunctional recreational facility. The complex of buildings consists of a guesthouse and stables. The guesthouse is a single-storey building with a residential attic. It also includes a restaurant with a mini-brewery and a shop selling horse riding products. The guesthouse is designed to accommodate up to 41 people. The first floor is barrier-free. The main entrance of the guesthouse and the shop faces southwest. The restaurant is accessible from the southeast. There are paved guest parking areas around the buildings. The building of stables with its accompanying facilities is a single-storey which is designed to stable 17 horses. The main entrance of the stables faces southeast and the building is also accessible from the northeast and the northwest. Both buildings have a gabled roof which consists of supporting rafters. The buildings are as designed a timber-frame construction with a supporting frame made of timber pillars which is coated with the FERMACELL boards.
New building boarding house with restaurant

The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a guesthouse with a restaurant located in Deštné in the Orlické Mountains. The thesis contains three parts. The first part deals with the architectural and structural design of a detached three-storey building. The first floor houses the restaurant, an entrance area for the guesthouse, and technical facilities of the building. The second and third floors are intended for accommodation and recreation of guests. The structural system is designed as a transverse wall with a longitudinal stiffening wall. The second part deals with the technology of the building environment. A wood pellet boiler is designed as the energy source for heating and hot water. A VRV system is used for space cooling. Photovoltaic panels are placed on the roof to generate electricity. The captured rainwater will be used to flush the toilets. The ventilation of the individual rooms is provided mainly by forced ventilation. The third part consists of the development of an energy study, where different combinations of the considered options are proposed, especially within the changing heat sources. For the development of different options, I use the same proposed reference building. The output of this part is an evaluation and comparison of the individual options with each other. Furthermore, selecting and incorporating the best option into the previous parts of the thesis in terms of primary energy from non-renewable heat sources and indicative operating costs.
Guesthouse

This bachelor thesis is a project of new five-storey, semi basement guesthouse in Opava. This guesthouse will be used for accommodation, catering and recreation. Accommodation capacity is 21 people. In the basement is a technical background. The first floor is designed for the overall run of the guesthouse, staff, catering and sports. In the second and third floor are rooms for guests. Almost every room has a balcony. In the fourth floor is a common room with adjoining terrace. The building is brick. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. Outer walls are insulated by outer contact system. The ceilings are mostly ceramic-concrete and a smaller part of the reinforced concrete. The guesthouse is roofed by single-flat roof.
Environmental solutions of building guesthouse in Velká Bíteš

The main aim of the Master project is a design of the guesthouse with wellness, which has nearly zero-energy consumption and is located in Velká Bíteš. For design is used ARCHICAD, for numeric is used DEKSOFT. This Master project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the guesthouse, the second part concentrates on a technical design and the third part focuses on the draft of different energy sources, its comparison and evaluation. Guesthouse is a three-story building with walkable flat roof. Wellness, cold rooms and massages are located in the basement. Other places of floor consist of sanitary facilities, technical rooms and common rooms. There are also guest rooms on the other floors and a conference hall on the third room. This final draft has much more positive outcomes than other alternatives; with respect to primary energy and impact on the environment. However, the final draft has higher purchase costs and its financial and operational economy is extremely dependent on the prices of electric power.
Winery

The objective of the thesis is newly built winery in the wine cellars alley situated inVlkoš u Kyjova in the South Moravia Region. Capacity for wine production is around 180,000 litres. In the building are the tasting rooms and pension with the capacity of 30 people. The building has three floors and a partial basement. The winery is located on sloping land. The building is designed as a brick construction, where underground vertical structures are made of blocks permanent formwork Best and part above ground is made of ceramics blocks Porotherm. The horizontal structures are made of prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll above the production area and the rest is made of ceramics system Porotherm. The gable roof, the walkable and warm flat roof are used in the project. The main goal of diploma thesis is to draft a develop project documentation for building construction.
Heating of the guesthouse

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a heating system for a guesthouse located in a mountain area. The thesis is divided into 3 main parts - theoretical, computational and project. In the theoretical part, biomass and also petels are introduced. The second main part is focused on the concrete design of the heating system for heating and hot water. In the last part of the thesis, the technical report and the design of the building are provided.
