Urban three-wheeled vehicle with electric drive
Černík, Adam ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Tobiáš, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of the chassis of a three-wheeled. The total payload od the vehicle is 160 kg. At the beginning, the work deals with the search for different types of chassis in used three-wheeled vehicles. The advantages and disadvantages of various chassis concepts and the subsequent choice of one them are also summarized. Then the conceptual parameters of the vehicle are selected. At the end a 3D model is modelled in program Inventor, which corresponds to the selected conceptual parameters. This model is used to visualize the designed chassis of three-wheeled vehicle.
Sport car suspension
Martínek, Tomáš ; Beran, Martin (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of front and rear suspension of single-seater sports car. Design and optimization of geometrical parametres of axles is followed after theoretical introduction. Another section is concerned with calculation of the vehicle suspension and design of the steering. The construction of individual components is described in the final section.
Wheel Alignment and Kinematic Characteristics Measurement with Use of Optical Scanners Tritop and Atos
Dvořák, Martin ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused to possibility utilizing of optical scanners TRITOP and ATOS for set up geometry of wheels. In background research are described the most important parameters of wheel suspension and devices for measuring these parameters. Practical part is concerned with progression of measurement, results and with determination coordinates of kinematic points. These points are made 3D model of forward and backward suspension wheels. This model helps to make kinematic characteristics and its progression due to attitude of wheel. In last part is described possibility to utilizing of optical scanner ATOS to common measurement of geometry wheels.
Experimental Vehicle for Education
Černík, Adam ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the structural design of an experimental vehicle for educational purposes. Electric motors and their characteristics are described in the introduction of the thesis. Furthermore, the key parameters of the vehicle that influence its dynamics are listed. Based on the specified conditions of the vehicle operation, the main dimension of the vehicle and its conceptual distribution of components were chosen. Subsequently, static and dynamic forces acting on said vehicle were calculated. These forces served as inputs to the FEM (Finite Element Method) strength analysis in Ansys. Last but not least, the results of maximum stresses and safety with respect to fatigue were evaluated. Then the ranges of variable parameters in which they can be set were listed. Finally, the estimated price of the experimental vehicle was calculated.
