Design of garden furniture

A garden furniture design is solved in this diploma work. This concept contains a design of armchair, two table sorts and deck-chair. This work is focused on a wider relation between design of garden furniture and a general exterior of a garden and a house. A general impression from these components of this configuration corresponds with modern and fresh trends. This makes provision for constructional accidence solution. Chances of current used material are deeply verified and knowledge of using new materials is availed. This work aroused from consultations with authorities from this field of knowledge. An originated design is an adequate and completely useful.

The thesis deals with the Slovak furniture company Decodom s.r.o which manufactures and sells, kitchen, living room, bedroom and sector furniture. The author based his thesis on the marketing mix theory -- the product, its innovation and life cycle. With the help of the analysis of the product range, the thesis examines if the innovations are an adequate part of the strategy to dampen the impact of the economic crisis on the company and it's prosperity. The thesis highlights the importance of innovation in the manufacture and sale of furniture. The bachelor's thesis deals with a certain part of the product range -- planned (pre-made) kitchens from the Decoplan product line.
The assortment analysis of Kika business company

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the company Kika furniture, that belongs to one of the biggest sellers of furniture and household accessories. It is focused mainly on buying process of the company in connection with marketing and marketing strategy. This thesis also concerns with the main problem of purchase marketing, choice of suppliers and the its influence on the offered assortment. By means of analysis, it recognizes the price differences among the chosen suppliers as well as the differences in buying and selling among the particular suppliers of various kinds of upholstered beds from the Boxspring assortment.
FSC production on the Czech market

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze the current effects of FSC production on the Czech market. The analysis of certified products in the Czech Republic was performed from the perspective of consumers and companies. The first step was a short consumer survey, which was distributed among respondents in electronic and paper versions. The main objective of this research was to measure awareness of FSC logo and its effects in the consumer choice process. The second part of this research was dedicated to companies producing or selling certified furniture. The field research was conducted among selected stores situated in České Budějovice.

Thesis on business plan Ecointerier is to assess the feasibility and viability of a project to create a new company. Another detecting factor is capital intensity of foundation and of the company's operations. The company has to deal with sale of paper furniture and original interior accessories that are also environmentally friendly. In the business plan is applied approach called "business minimalism" and other innovative approaches. The focus is placed on the marketing and use of contacts, new materials, with free capacities of advertising industry. The result is to check the amount of necessary expenses, the profit and minimizing upfront investments. It shall be considered whether it is realistic and profitable business to operate while at work.
The quality of furniture in the context of the brand Czech quality furniture

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the qualitative level of furniture available on the Czech market in the context of quality labels. The most important mark of quality for the section of furniture is a brand of Czech quality, furniture, which is a central issue for this work. Introduction of thesis is dedicated to the theoretical analysis to ensure a closer acquaintance with the true issue. Continuing practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the quality of the furniture present on the Czech market, which was carried out by means of questionnaires. Addressed were primarily manufacturers of furniture, who do not possess the marks, and consumers. For obtaining the third were referred to research supplemented by the investigation carried out by the technical services of accredited for the testing of furniture. The outputs obtained from the questionnaires were linked in the form of a synthesis of the data which describes the current situation in the section of furniture on the Czech market. After analytic-synthetic part followed the discussion, which was created with the use of study Furniture 2010 published by INCOMA GfK. The last part of the work is result, which was primarily intended to confirm or refute the hypothesis set out, where applicable, to the summary of the most important knowledge related to the quality of the furniture on the Czech market.
Purchasing Behavior Analysis of Consumers

This thesis is focused on the analysis of purchasing behavior of consumers in the furniture market. In the introductory part is defined the purchase behavior. There is described the cultural, social, personal and psychological factors that influence consumer decision-making, and stages of purchase decision making process. The following chapters describe characteristics of Czech consumers, specific methods of furniture retailers and evaluation of the furniture market in the Czech Republic. The last chapter is devoted to the results of a questionnaire survey concerning the purchasing behavior of consumers in the market of furniture and household accessories.

My bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of communication mix one of the leading furniture companies in Czech Republic -- IKEA Česká republika. This company has long history and high brand awareness among wide public. My first goal is to inspect theoretical basis of marketing communication, monitor furniture market in Czech Republic and describe the competition. My second goal is to analyse the communication mix of IKEA Česká republika and explore the perception of their marketing communication. After this I appraise these areas and suggest my own ideas and propose the improvement.
Financial analysis of an e-shop

The aim of this thesis is to create a complex financial analysis that will be useful for the decision making on the future and orientation of the company SEDNISI.CZ, s.r.o.. The theoretical part of the thesis first examines the characteristics of the furniture market and then deals with the analysis of internet use in the Czech Republic. Apart from the financial analysis itself which deals with standard ratio and syntetic indicators the thesis compares the results of the analysed company with results of the whole sector and of one of the competitors. The information gathered from the analysis of financial indicators is further used in the strategic analysis of the company that focuses on revealing the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Despite the fact that the financial and strategic analysis does not perfectly answer every question that is posed to the company it is undoubtedly very useful for evaluating the past developments, for finding problematic areas and for predicting the future of the company.
