TITLE: Professional competence of teachers in particular- Communications teachers'in terms of informing, reporting, administration AUTHOR: Ilona Bártová DEPARTMENT: Department of School Management SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Jan Voda, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis deals with the competence of teachers, communication in particular, how teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. . The theoretical part deals with the competence of teachers, classroom management, what the relationship of classroom management and school management is. I deal with one teacher's competence in detail -mainly the communication in terms of informing, reporting, and administration. In the second part I write about the research and the method which was carried out. The aim of the research is to analyze, clarify, describe how teachers communicate within the organization and outside the school. Who do they communicate with most frequently, in which way, and what are the pitfalls of communication. More precisely it is about the teachers' communication mapping in terms of information, reporting and administration. The research was descriptive, qualitative. How do teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. The concept of management, classroom management, what is the relationship of classroom management and school management. It explains the concept of competence, teacher competence, and further deals with one teacher's competence and that is communication. It presents the results of interviews and questionnaires about teachers and principals' communication in terms of informing, reporting and administration. It compares data obtained through interviews with teachers of kindergartens and primary schools with data obtained from questionnaires for directors of kindergartens and primary schools. Interpersonal communication with focus on non-verbal communication

The aim of this thesis is to present the phenomenon of interpersonal communication with focus on non-verbal communication. It describes overall context and main functions of communication. Thesis simply touches verbal communication and continues with main part focused on non-verbal communication - showing basic elements which create communication process and signals which can be seen during communication with people.
