Analysis of opportunities for a wider use of forms of collective investment in real estate in the Czech Republic

The thesis discusses the collective investment. The first part deals with investment decisions and the level of risk inherent in investing entails. There are four types of formulated investing in real estate: purchase their own home, buy a property for rental, funds of qualified investors and real estate funds. Of which work deals with qualified investor funds and real estate funds, which describes the work in terms of investing in the Czech Republic. In the end, they are described three most famous Czech real estate funds, of which it is analyzed. The work is an analysis of financial assets invested in collective investment in the Czech Republic. The contribution of this work is to provide a comprehensive view of the assets placed in collective investment schemes.

This master’s thesis shows us the view of offered possibilities financing of agricultural companies in form of grants. This thesis also gives us the analysis of the present status and an overview of acquired subventions of a chosen agricultural company. And the draft part of the master’s thesis contains the preparation of the application form for financing of agricultural company in form of grants.

Update of the Investment Portfolio of the Hedge Fund

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the expansion of the investment portfolio of a hedge fund. The theoretical part specifies the concepts and legal regulation for the functioning of a hedge funds in the Czech Republic and the theoretical definition of financial analysis. The practical part defines the fund statute, fund strategy and management requirements. According to these criteria, companies are selected to be subjected to financial analysis, inter-company comparison and bankruptcy model. From the results, conclusions are drawn and custom recommendations are made to expand the fund's investment portfolio.

The subject of the thesis is to carry out a risk analysis and proposals for introducing risk measures in a project from a higher education environment, which is supported by a grant program: Operational Programme Research, Development and Education. The main topic of this thesis is the solution of possible situations that the project team can encounter during the implementation of projects and which can negatively affect the projects.

Legal regulation of European programs in the programming period 2014 - 2020

1 Summary This thesis deals with European programs and their legislation. Author especially characterizes the programming period 2014 - 2020 in comparison with the programming period 2007 - 2013. In the first part of the thesis the author defines the fundamental institutions of the European programs. This is especially the definition of economic, social and territorial cohesion as one of the most important policies of the European Union, as well as the definition of the programming period as a seven-year cycle, during which there is a drawing funds from the European Union. On these fundamental concepts continues to define European structural and investment funds, serving as a financial tool for drawing funds from the European Union, the operational programs and priority axes, the Czech Republic for a particular programming period determined. This is all within the context of the budgetary policy of the Czech Republic together with the definition of legislation at both national and European level. The State Fund for the Environment on the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic which main objective is to support ecological measures taken in accordance to the State Environmental Policy and principles of the environmental protection of the Czech republic. Apart from that it represents basic economical instrument of fulfilment of duties imposed by international treaties on environmental protection and by the membership of the European Union. The main goal of this thesis is to describe this intitution and to try to outline possible development de lege ferenda. For the accurate delimitation of the Fund in the structure of public finances, the thesis contains a large general part dealing with public funds. The diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical foundation which is necessary for understanding of the other factors. The reader familiarises himself with the area of public finance and financial management. The second chapter follows up with the general foundation and presents financial management and also describes the structure of each off-budgetary fund.
