Design of the RC slabs of the flat house

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a new two-storey production building with an administrative part on the second floor and a production space on the ground floor The bachelor thesis deals with the static assessment of selected main bearing elements of the whole building in details for building permit. The main vertical supporting structure here is peripheral ceramic masonry, which is bounded by iron-concrete wreaths at the level of each of the two floors. The building is roofed with wooden nailed roof trusses placed on an in to wall-anchored wooden beam. The main supporting horizontal structure forming the ceiling between the first and second above-ground floors is made up of prefabricated Spiroll ceiling panels, which are placed on the stiffening wreath 1NP. The foundation structures are made of a monolithic concrete waist and consequently of a prefabricated lost formwork.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.

Realization of the gross under-construction of the housing complex in Trenčín

The bachelor thesis deals with construction technological project of the gross under-construction of the SO 203 objects of the housing complex Olbrachtova. The object is the realisation of drilled pille and foundation structures. The project includes the technical report, transport routes, technological instruction for drilled piles and foundation structures, technical report for construction-organisation principles and equipment of building yard, budget time-planing, machine configuration, controlling and examining plan of the phase, safety and risk plan on the construction site and all drawing concerning the problem.

Technological stage of the substructure of the Faculty of the Environment in Prague

This bachelor thesis is an assessment of the technological planning of a Czech agricultural university in Prague, Faculty of the Environment substructure. Thesis focuses on the mechanisation as well as process of the construction. The building consists of three underground and four aboveground floors. Altogether seven floors are built upon a concrete slab foundation, supported by piles. The content includes technical report, general layout, vicinity plan, ground works schedule, the process of construction sheet piles and soldier beams with anchors. Technological schedule include the machinery schedule together with technological tests schedules, followed by the site facilities plan, moving on to bill of quantities, budget time schedule, H&S quide and a construction noise pollution report.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project of the lower rough construction of a sports center. It is a newly built building, which is located in the town of Břeclav and is partially basement with two floors. The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of earthworks together with foundation structures, which are solved in several concreting stages. The project also includes an accompanying and summary technical report, construction supply solutions, site equipment design, time plans, item budget, machine design, construction machinery travel scheme, control and test plan and safety and health at work.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the development of a technological project of the substructure of a family house in Radvanice. The main interest is on procedural requirements for earth and foundation works and the inspection and test plans directly connected to them, the suggestion of mechanical equipment and the work safety plan. Furthermore, an accompanying and summary technical report, a solution to wider transport relations and construction site equipment. The text part is complemented by an item budget with a measurement statement, a time schedule and a drawing part.

The construction-technological stage of the rough construction of the ZETOR TRACTORS prefabricated hall in Brno

The aim of the work was to process selected parts of the construction-technological project. Specifically, the scope of the chapters addressed the implementation of piles, the construction of foundation structures, and the assembly of a reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton. For the specified technological stage, a site equipment drawing was prepared, taking into account the location of the construction within the investor's production area. This drawing is followed by drawings of broader transportation connections, which regulate the traffic situation during construction. Furthermore, points of interest were verified using vehicle turning curves.For the implementation of piles and the assembly of the skeleton, a detailed inspection and testing plan was prepared. The work also includes a technological regulation, a design of the machinery assembly, a schedule, safety and health protection at work, and a detailed cost estimate.

Administrative building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem - construction technology project

The diploma thesis deals with the construction technology project of the Administrative Building of SPH Stavby. The work is focused on object SO 02 – Operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The content of the work also focuses on rough construction, especially reinforced concrete monolithic constructions. In the diploma thesis, a technological regulation, a construction site equipment project, a design of machine assemblies, a noise study and an inspection and test plan are elaborated.
