Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování technologického projektu spodní stavby rodinného domu v Radvanicích. Hlavním zájmem jsou technologické předpisy pro zemní a základové práce a na ně přímo navazující kontrolní a zkušební plány, navržení strojní mechanizace a plán bezpečnosti práce. Dále pak průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva, řešení širších dopravních vztahů a zařízení staveniště. Textová část je doplněna o položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr, časový plán a výkresovou část. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the development of a technological project of the substructure of a family house in Radvanice. The main interest is on procedural requirements for earth and foundation works and the inspection and test plans directly connected to them, the suggestion of mechanical equipment and the work safety plan. Furthermore, an accompanying and summary technical report, a solution to wider transport relations and construction site equipment. The text part is complemented by an item budget with a measurement statement, a time schedule and a drawing part.
