Preparation for realization of an apartment house in Lanškroun

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential building Lanškroun. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulation are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main object, object time and financial plan and budget of main building are also solved. An important part is the economic comparison of tower crane and mobile crane and green facade.

Diploma thesis deals with construction-technological project of prefabricated steel hall. I put emphasis on technological process of foundation structures. The time schedule of all processes, the cost estimation budget, the inspection and testing plan and the machine set designing are also contained. The building site equipment for excavation and rough superstructure and the coordination plan drawing with transportation roads is designed.

Atrial House in Modern Development

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an atrium building in modern buildings in the village Spojil street on the Okružní 116/1. A typical char will be the atrium, which will be adjacent residential areas, while in the peripheral walls of the minimum window for privacy for their residents. The building is without a basement, with single-storey flat roof. The base structure is designed from the blocks and shuttering Best of strip footings of plain concrete. The outer and inner walls of the bricks POROTHERM Profi DRYFIX. The house is designed as a single-member family for 4-5 personers. Project drawings were created in ArchiCAD 15 student version and visualization program Sketchup 7.

This diploma thesis deals with construction-technological project of production and storage hall in Hradec Králové. The thesis deals with complex of the implementation of the construction and focuses in more detail on the implementation of both foundation structures and assembly of the steel frame. The project includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, design and assessment of construction routes, construction equipment project, financial and construction schedule, machine design, schedule and budget of the main building, control and test plan for foundation structures, and occupational safety and health.

An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the rough substructure of the industrial building Nová Válcovna - Fatra. The work deals with the technological regulation for foundation structures, which will be drawn up control and test plan, time schedule, itemized budget. It also includes a coordination situation, a drawing of the construction site equipment, a design of the machine assembly, a drawing of the construction site equipment, and the safety of the technological stage. In addition, several schemes for the execution of individual structures and an energy performance certificate have been developed for this technological stage.

The subject of my master's thesis is elaboration of construction technological project of research building in Uherské Hradiště. This building is actually outbuilding to existing manufactoring plant. The work includes solution of transport rotues and supplying construction site by main construction sources, project of site facilities, mechanization proposal and scheduling. A part of the work is new design of foundation structure and appropriate technological prescriptions and control plan to this because of missing some informations in procurement project.
