Thesis "Social work with football fans in the European Union countries as an inspiration for the Czech Republic" is about specific kind of social work with football fans and so called fanprojects. Work is focusing on description of topics and projects realized at international Europe level, following by description of situation in England, Italy and Germany. Projects mentioned in work are either already working or are mentioned as inspiration for CZ. Work explaining approach in each country including description of organization activities. Projects that are covering this topic in Czech Republic, are also listed in work. Also international project of fans embassy as an example of social service with football fans are included in work. Fan project including example of best practices is part of the work. Practical part of work - qualitative research is supplementing theoretical part and it is coming in several parts. Title: Economics of the selected football club Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to work out a strategic analysis of football club FC MAS Táborsko. Methods: The strategic analysis, PEST analysis, SAWOT analysis, Porter's model of 5 strenghts and unformal interview are used in this work. Results: The club runs pretty well in general. Its strategy is defined in correct way. The club should just try to divide its incomes into more smaller partners. The biggest problem is low home game attendance. Thesis "Social work with football fans in the European Union countries as an inspiration for the Czech Republic" is about specific kind of social work with football fans and so called fan projects. Work consists of introduction of specifics of football fans, resp. hooligans when describes history of this area and also the most recent situation. This is followed by theoretical and fundamental part of the work that describes working projects or projects that can be taken as an example. This part includes international projects of fan's embassies and explains the concept of fan project of fan management. This is covering also social prevention and contact work suitable for fan project. Description of the target group of fan projects, their financing and summary of recommended competence of fan worker. The end of theoretical part describes in details a fan project which comes from contact work and youths clubs. It includes description of activities that are offered, services and how it is served. This is the most important part of the whole work as it brings exact description for realization that can be used for a future projects. Evaluation effectiveness of the business in a selected sport

Bachelor thesis evaluates the effectiveness of investing funds in selected football clubs, which operates in the Czech Republic. In this thesis, there are defined revenues and expenditures of football clubs of their financial analysis to determine the financial managment of these clubs. There is also defines the strengths and weaknesses of investing into this sport environment. The aim is to provide the principle of operation within the club and also provide a comprehensive summary of revenue and expenditure for the potential investor. At the end of bachelor thesi,s there is evaluation of entrepreneurial investments into this sector as well as evaluation of economy of these clubs. Summary contains strength and weak sides of investment in this sector and suggest possible solution of efectiveness of economy in football clubs.
The analysis of the causes of decline in selected football clubs

The aim of this work is to identify and describe the causes of the problems of football clubs Glasgow Rangers FC and Portsmouth FC, which entered the financial crisis. This thesis aims to answer the question, what constitutes the greatest danger for the club and which factors play the most important role in the financial decline of football clubs. The theoretical part of the work provides the methodological basis for the practical part, where the individual clubs are analyzed in case studies. The last chapter deals with the destiny of football villages in the Czech Republic and Germany.
Valuation of the Czech football clubs

This thesis deals with the valuation of the Czech football clubs. The aim of this thesis is to define the value of selected Czech football clubs. For this purpose, we selected two Czech football clubs. It is a professional club Bohemians 1905 Praha and an amateur club FC Melnik. Company valuation is based on data from publicly available sources. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of valuation, valuation approaches, the functioning of football in the Czech Republic and the specifics of doing business in this branch. The practical part applies the selected methods to individual clubs and sets the value of clubs. In the process of valuation the clubs are presented and their analysis is worked out. CVM and asset metod are applied for the valuation itself.
Marketing communication of a football club

This bachelor thesis deals with the marketing communication of the football club - MŠK Žilina. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current components of the club's communication with public. The theoretical part is discussing elements of marketing, knowledge of which is inevitable for writing of the practical part. Firstly marketing, its content and essence, are defined, which is followed by a brief description of the marketing's history. Furthermore, aspects of marketing communication are elaborated. The last section of the theoretical part deals with the area of sports marketing. Specifically the role marketing plays in sports, marketing communication in sports and lastly advertising and sponsoring in the sports. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge discussed in the previous section is applied to the mentioned football club. Based on the analysis, the recent marketing communication of the football club is evaluated and procedures are designed for its improvement.
Valuation of the European football clubs

The thesis deals with the valuation of the European football clubs. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the English football club Arsenal FC for the purpose of entering a potential investor to the company. The value of the club refers to the May 31 2012. Valuation is based on data from publicly available sources, mainly information from the annual reports of the club are used. First, the basic valuation terms and methods are explained. Then specifics of football environment and approaches for valuation of sport clubs are discussed. Subsequently, financial and strategic analysis of the company is applied in the process of valuation. The yield method of discounted free cash flow to the firm (FCFF) is applied for the company valuation. Asset methods (book value of property and property valuation on the principle of market prices) and market method (market capitalization) are used as additional methods.
The economic analysis of football club in Czech football league

The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate economic situation of football club, which plays Czech football league (third higher football league in Czech Republic). The club is FK Spartak MAS Sezimovo Ústí in the legal form of joint stock company and civil association. The evaluation of economic situation is based on analysis of sport product at first, then there are applied methods and tools of financial analysis. These instruments make it possible to comprehensively assess the financial health of the company. The biggest benefit I see in this paper in describing and analyzing the economic situation of the football club playing the third-highest football competition in Czech Republic, because until now I did not find any study that deal with this issue.
Price Policies Used for Sport Events and Sport Facilities

The main goal of the Master's Thesis is to describe and to analyse methods of pricing and other instruments of price policies used for sport events and sport facilities. The second goal is to analyse the effect of price policies on the attendance demand at sport events and sport facilities. The practical part of the Master's Thesis focuses on the comparison of price policies of the czech professional football clubs in the First Division. Price policy of the one First Division and of the one Second Division club in the Czech Republic was described more closer. These clubs were AC Sparta Prague and FK Viktoria Žižkov.
