Design of a New Filter Structure Employing Devices of Fractal Order
Detko, Adam ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Bečková, Zuzana (advisor)
This thesis deals with fractional order analogue filtration structures. The first part focuses on theory of analog frequency filters, including fractal order. In the next part, some of the active elements that can be used in frequency filters designing are mentioned. In the third part, known integer order filtration structure working in current mode is shown, which is modified to fractal in the next part. Modification to fractional order filter is realized by the RC structure Foster I, which approximates fractal order element, also known as pseudocapacitor. This part also contains calculations. Next part contains simulation results, that have been made with ideal models of active elements. The fifth part deals with the design of original filtration structure and its subsequent modification to fractal order filtration structure. Last part contains results of simulations and their comparison with the theory and for low pass as well comparison with physically measured values.
Analogue emulators of fractional-order circuits
Kubát, Pavel ; Langhammer, Lukáš (referee) ; Dvořák, Jan (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with circuits contain fractional-order elements. The first part of this paper deals with this problem, there were also described methods of design fractionalorder elements and types of circuits containing the fractiona-order elements which can be applied in practice. Used active elements for practical part can be found in the second chapter. Design of GIC circuits and implementation of fractional-order element inside the circuit are shown in the last chapture. Parasitic analysis and stability of frequency filter containing fractional-order element had been also described.
Tthe personality of foster parent in the system of the substitute family care in the Czech Republic
Charyparová, Michaela ; Šulová, Lenka (advisor) ; Šturma, Jaroslav (referee)
Thesis deals with the personality of foster parents in the current systém of the substitute family care in the Czech republic. The theoretical part describes the current substitute care system in our country, the specifics of foster care and the role of psychologists in the mediation process and subsequent implementation of foster care for children. All of these topics are presented based on the study of professional domestic and foreign sources and are contextualized topic personality of foster parent. The second parent presents the research design proposal empirical investigation related to the topic of the thesis. Keywords: Foster care, foster parent, personality, demands, stress.
The Role of a Key Worker in Process Accompaniment of a Foster Family
BÍSKOVÁ, Tereza
The diploma thesis is focused on the role of a key worker of non-state non-profit organizations whose job description is accompaniment of foster families. The aim of the thesis is based on research and on available literary and sources presenting the role of a key worker in overall process accompaniment of foster families, introduce key points of the relationship between the client and the social worker. The research which is part of the diploma thesis was realized by a qualitative method using a semi-structured interview. The diploma thesis deals with a relatively new role of the key worker who accompanies the foster family and thus opens an interesting space for exploration.
Pseudo-Differential Fractional-Order Frequency Filter
Sladok, Ondrej ; Mohamad, Alkanan
This paper describes a pseudo-differential fractional (1+α)-order frequency filter. Thestructure operating in voltage-mode and and works as a low-pass filter. The proposed structure ischaracterized by high input impedance, high output impedance and the minimum number of passiveelements when all are grounded. The properties and functionality of the (1+α)-filter are verifiedby simulations.

Foster care in the South Bohemian region during the years of 2003 and 2008
ŠIMONOVÁ, Libuše
This paper deals with alternative family care with the main focus being on foster care. The first chapter contains a brief introduction of adoption in order to compare and comprehend the differences between these two forms of alternative family care. The second chapter describes foster care from a historical and legal point of view. After this, we are introduced to all concerned parties - the foster care recipients, the foster care applicants and the authorities involved in the process - we are acquainted with the procedure of foster care mediation. In relation to the set goals, an investigation was carried out for the practical part of the project, whereby secondary analysis of data was carried out using primary documentation of children placed into foster care and foster care applicants in 2003 and 2008. In this instance, the applicants were already foster carers. The conclusion includes an evaluation of the data with the results detailed in tables and graphs. Finally, the time periods in question are compared in order to gain answers to the set research questions.
