This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of a company, trying to assess the current overall economic situation, its causes and its future development. The theoretical part describes what a financial analysis is, what it serves for and what methodological ways of processing it applies. The practical part carries out a financial analysis itself based on information about a company and theoretical knowledge. The conclusion of the thesis includes suggestions and recommendations to address identified weaknesses that will lead to further business development.

First part contains theoretical knowledge of aspects of founding and driving the firm, structure and terms of a entrepreurial plan. In the next part theory is put into practice. Practical part is already the entrepreurial plan for establishing of a company offering products and services in the area of cycling plant in the Czech Republic.

Bachelor paper "Order Management in the Company" deals with the way orders are processed at Modikov. The paper concentrates mainly on the procedure following the receiving of an order from a customer up until the moment the order is dispatched. The paper describes all the operations involved in this process. The goal of the paper is to determine how to improve this process, outline any flaws and suggest concrete ways of improvement.
