Bakalářská práce se týká problematiky rozvoje malé firmy, která se zabývá kompletním zpracováním kamene. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu a na návrh celkového rozvoje firmy Granit spol. s r.o. The theme of this thesis is the proposal of development of the firm, which is concern in a stone processing. The thesis is aimed on the analysis of the current situationn of the firm and the complete proposal of development.
