Smart Façade from the Point of View of Czech Legislation with Regard to Fire Protection

The aim of this article is the research into whether the smart façade is or isn’t an obstacle in the building permit issuing process in the Czech Republic from the point of view of fire protection technical standards. Due to the uncommonly complicated technical standard approval process, neither the engineers nor the authorities agree on a coordinated approach to fire safety issues of innovative solutions. The main aim of this study was the research review of the related articles in technical standards and evaluate them.

In the first part of it are said terms and legislative requirements connected with fire protection for industrial companies. The second part contains designed system for integration fire protection requirements to the management system of industrial company. In the third part of this thesis is processed the fire protection analysis of industrial company. Last part contains recommendations for the further development of fire protection.

Structural Analysis of Steel Members in Fire

This thesis deals with solution of steel members under fire conditions. The goal of the thesis is to examine and compare unprotected steel members with steel members protected by different types of passive protection. Calculation is performed according to applicable design standards. ANSYS software is used for thermal and structural analysis.

This thesis deals with security systems used in houses or flats. It contains descriptions and principles of most sensors for detecting a thief, but also protect the dwelling against fire. It explained the selection of appropriate solutions and sensor control unit described the proposal for the evaluation of information from sensors and communicate with computer.

Multifunctional house in Karlovy Vary

The project solves a multifunctional Duma building in a vacant lot, contemplated the construction site is located in Carlsbad, in the street Vyhlíce. This is a protected site spa. Part of the project's layout and structural design of the house. It is a six-storey house with an attic and a basement floor. It is designed as a free-standing in the gap as the final house. The layout is divided into two complete units with their own input. There are spaces for business and residential units for permanent housing. Part of the living area are also room house equipment. Inputs to both parts are wheelchair accessible. The house is not wheelchair The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm the module dimensions of 250 (125) mm with reinforced concrete ceilings. Roofed by a hipped roof. The house is located on a private plot of 519 m2 built-up area of 221 m2. The land is gently sloping. The main orientation of the building to the cardinal's east and west. The south wall is adjacent to the neighboring house.

Fire Education and Chemistry at Elementary School

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of fire education in elementary school and the School's fire protection obligations in relation to the teaching of chemistry. The risk of fire or other dangers is pervasive and can be encountered anywhere. What is important is preventative educational activity already in children at school age, to the extent that everyone can prevent a fire or other accident and respond adequately to it at the outset. The theoretical part is focusing on the characteristics of the connection of fire safety and protection to education at lower secondary education. It contains an analysis of available documents, including curriculum documents (Framework Educational Programme for Elementary Education and selected School Educational Programmes, chemistry textbooks, and other methodological materials) and topics of chemistry instruction that are closely related to fire safety and protection. The practical part, which contains teaching activities for students with topics related to fire safety and protection suitable for lower secondary chemistry education, are prepared or adapted.
