Audit From the Perspective of The Company

I have focused on the final accounts audit from the accounting entity view in my graduation thesis. The first part of my thesis is theoretical, and it is formed by fundamental terms explanation in the field of audit. Next part is dealing with the problem analysis, which will be solved in the practice part, and what is the accounting entity position at the time of audit. The last part is the practice part, which is dealing with the accounting entity rights and duties during the audit. The practice part should serve as the manual for the companies, which do not know what the audit amounts to, how to get prepared for and what does it result from in the case of the verification of final accounts by the auditor for them.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected company NEKR SERVIS s. r. o. in the years from 2010 to 2014. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, methods and indicators. The practical part deals with the external, internal and financial analysis of the selected company. Based on the observed results of these analyses are drawn out proposals and recommendations for the possibleimprovement of the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of the company DECRO Bzenec. This analysis is done by means of selected methods. Based on the financial statements, a financial analysis is performed over six years, from 2009 to 2014. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the theoretical background to a certain issue is analysed. The second part consists of the general characteristics of the company and financial analysis. The last part of the thesis is focused on some suggestions how to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor's work deals with the assessment of the economic indicators of Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s.r.o." using statistical and financial analysis methods. A quality assessment of the operation of the selected business is carried out in the thesis, the findings of the draft measures should improve its economic situation. Methods and tools for analyzing the business will be discussed both theoretically and practically. The conclusion of the thesis will give a full overview of the financial situation of the business.
