Modem -repeater for narrow band technology of PLC
Novák, Michal ; Mlýnek, Petr (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
This semestral thesis focuses on the circuit design of the repeater for PLC communication in order to achieve greater distance in communication. It can also serve as a bridge for a separate modem device power grid. In this work we discuss the involvement of individual assembly parts repeater and proposed method of connection.
Intensive care unit air conditioning
Dobrovolná, Natálie ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the ventilation system serving hospital premises. The system is divided into two separate functional units. Facility No. 1 serves the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) department and its associated premises. Facility No. 2 serves the facilities of employees, doctors' rooms and associated premises. The design of the equipment meets the relevant standards, hygiene standards and operational requirements. The calculation part deals with the design of air conditioning in the ICU, it deals with the overall analysis of both functional units, heat gains, heat loss, air flows, pressure drops in both functional units and other proposals necessary for the design and proper operation of the air conditioning system. This part is also focused on the distribution and treatment of fresh air. The theoretical part deals with clean rooms, their definition and distribution of air supplied to these rooms. The theoretical part also deals with the installation of operating theaters, images of flow in these areas and their internal microclimate.
Design, simulation and measurement of active filters with modern functional blocks
Melša, Vojtěch ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (advisor)
This work concentrates on the possibilities of how to connect electric filters with functional blocks. Then we choose the best possible connections and their characteristics are simulated in the Pspice program. From the comparison of the results of simulation, possibilities of tuning, quantity of functions, complicacy of connections and mainly by commercially available integrated circuits is chosen the connection which is realized in a laboratory preparation form. Its measured characteristics are compared with results of simulation
Demonstrational programs for music record processing
Jonáš, Petr ; Rajmic, Pavel (referee) ; Číž, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the processing of music records and signals. Demonstra- tion programs were created in Matlab. In this thesis were created function of equalization, transposition and sound effects. In this thesis was created application for determining the similarity of signals.
Air conditioning of a multifunctional building
Čížek, Vítězslav ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with an air conditioning system that serves for warm air heating and ventilation of a multifunctional building. The systém consists of two functional units. The first part will be operated by devices no. 1, 3 a 4, which provide warm air heating and ventilation for the spaces of the playing courts. The second part will be operated by device no. 2, and will serve for warm air ventilation of the facilities for the playing courts. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on heat recovery systems in air conditioning. In the calculation part, the thesis deals with the design of warm air heating and ventilation, as well as the overal analysis of the both functional units, including the calculation of heat losses, heat gains, air flow rate, and pressure drops. The necessary proposals for the proper functioning of the entire air conditioning system, including the distribution and conditioning of air, are provided.

Vibrodiagnostics of electrical machines
Boháček, Daniel ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of vibration analysis in electric rotating machines. From the beginning, it is necessary to explain the basic concepts and introduce the issue of vibration. Next time, the work is focused on sources of vibration in electrical machines. Defects on electric rotating machines causing vibrations are described. Sensing is performed using sensors of deflection, speed and acceleration. The measured signal needs to be adjusted and filters, approximations and sampling will cover this in the next chapter. The main objective is the methods of analysis, which include the best known in the field of frequency analysis (FFT) and the envelope method in the time domain. This includes other methods such as Kurtosis factor, Crest factor, etc. There is also a basic block diagram for measuring vibrations. This block diagram is programmed and has a graphical user interface. The last part is an evaluation of the measured data of the engines.
Radon daughter products absorption by filters
Šálek, Ondřej ; Jáně, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Matolín, Milan (referee)
The work is engaged in effect of short-lived radon (222 Rn) daughter products on measurement of radon volume activity in soil gas. Solid radon daughter products 214 Po and 218 Po transform by α-decay and influence measurement of radon volume activity in soil gas. This effect was investigated by experimental measurement of radon volume activity in soil gas at the Buk radon reference site in Central Bohemia. At each particular point of radon reference site, three values of radon volume activity were determined by measuring; without filter, with automobile petrol filter and with micro-fibrous filter AFPC type. Experimental measurement demonstrates that both of applied filters have near the same effect on measured values of radon volume activity in soil gas. The difference between radon volume activity values got by measuring without filter and with filters is low, in order of measurement error. Experiment did not evidence necessity of using filter for measuring radon volume activity in soil gas. Radon volume activity measurement error is in order of several kBq.m-3 . This fact brings uncertainty into obtained results. The absence of theoretically possible high content of solid radon daughter products in soil gas samples may be explained by possible adsorption of these particles on sampling and soil...
Modular Active Crossover Network - Laboratory Tool
Holínský, Jan ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis is about design of active frequency crossovers and their implementation. The work analyses particular types of circuits used in active frequency crossovers, especially circuits used for laboratory device. Then the work describes design of printed circuit boards (PCB) for the designed circuits and construction of modules for the laboratory device, when the compatibility and modularity is important for all active frequency crossovers arts. These modules are made and testing its functions. In this thesis is disassembled final proposal laboratory device and laboratory device is realized. The design and measurement of the characteristics of active frequency crossovers and correction circuits is processed in the form of a laboratory tasks.
