Information System for Registration of Parking Cards

The content of this thesis is focused on information system for the registration of the parking cards for town Uherský Brod. The thesis contains the overall assessment of existing information system (thereinafter IS) and a current situation of IT technologies at the municipal office. The main part of the thesis is proposal and subsequent creation of broader program unit IS. After the accomplishment of this thesis it will be possible to implement newly designed system into the existing IS of municipal office.

This thesis deals with the design of the evidence of company inbox. Based on the detailed study of the situation in the company, the processing of the application for the company intranet is proposed as the best solution. This application enables recording all inbox, watching mail processing, searching, and printing of schemes according to various criteria.

This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of tip evidence. The result is an Android application for tablets, which provides easy tip recording and its transparent division among employees. In the thesis are described problems with developing application for Android operating system. Reader will read about the process of designing and implementing. The paper is supplemented with results of application testing and its future in way of developing.

Suggestions for improvement in long-termed material property economy

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm DT-Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions of the extended work result to firm use is performed.

Limits of evidence in criminal proceedings Abstract The thesis deals with the issues of the limits of the applicability of individual means of evidence in criminal proceedings, especially with regard to the legality of their search and execution. These limits are closely linked to the basic principles of criminal procedure, as they are based on them and are measured by them in judicial practice. The work is based on the Czech statutory regulation of evidence in the Criminal Procedure Code, on the case law of the general courts and the Constitutional Court and, last but not least, on the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, which often assesses whether the evidence used in criminal proceedings does not violate the right of the accused to a fair trial under Article 6 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The thesis contains de lege ferenda issues, namely the legal regulation of the search and execution of particular means of evidence in the Criminal Procedure Code, and answers research questions related to evidence.
