Audit of the education system of the Czech Republic and its critical analysis

The dissertation deals with the critical analysis of the audit of the education system of the Czech Republic, issued in 2014 by EDUin non-profit organization. The theoretical part de- scribes basic characteristics of the education system in the context of the level of the Czech education phenomenon. The aim of the dissertation is to analyse the bases and sources which were used to elaborate the audit of the education system and to make comparison with stra- tegic and other relevant documents. The aim will be achieved on the basis of the results of research, the relevance of the audit, presented by EDUin organization, will be confirmed or disproved. The interview with the authors of the audit and the analysis of documents are research methods and techniques. The interview with authors of the audit brings the answers to the questions of the research survey: "What is the audit of the education system and why did EDUin organization issue the audit?"The authors feature motivational impulses, which encouraged them to issue the audit, and clarify the main aims of the audit. The second part of the research survey is carried out on the basis of the analysis of documents. Trainee programs for managerial and technical positions: Analysis of specific programs, and case studies of selected organizations

This thesis deals with the topic of trainee programs in the Czech Republic and focuses on a case study of selected organization, which is FARMTEC a.s. The aim of the work is to provide an overview of trainee programs in the Czech Republic and to evaluate the newly introduced trainee program in FARMTEC a. s. The first part defines the concepts and personnel activities associated with trainee programs. The thesis has two parts. In the first part, on the selected sample of companies and on the basis of the selected criteria, a trainee program analysis is carried out which provides an overview of the current situation in the field of trainee programs. The second part describes and evaluates the newly introduced trainee program at FARMTEC a.s. Based on its evaluation, suggestions for improvements are made, which relate to the promotion, the length and content of the program, the evaluation of the success of the program and its participants.

Outputs of Pre-school Education in the Field of Language and Speech of Children from Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Classes in Kindergarten

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the extent to which children achieve the expected outputs from Framework educational programme for pre-school education in language and speech at the end of preschool education and what are the differences between children within the age of homogeneous and heterogeneous classes of urban kindergartens. The theoretical part deals with the development of language and speech, the possibilities of impairment of communication skills in the preschool period, development of language and speech in kindergarten and evaluation of training in this area. The practical part evaluates the results of the survey comparing homogeneous and heterogeneous classes in kindergartens, particularly in the area of expression, grammatical correctness of speech and pronunciation.
Education and development of managers

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education and development of business managers in company Internet a.s. The bachelor's thesis aims at analysing individual phases of educational system in company Internet a.s. and subsequently assess their positives and negatives and then propose elimination of possible deficiencies. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The first part includes an explication of the basic notions connected with education and development of managers, then individual phases of system of education, methods and forms of education. The second part focuses upon concrete enterprise. It involves characterisation of enterprise and demands on competence and abilities of manager. The practical section also includes analysis of individual phases of system of education and development in enterprise Internet a.s. and describtion of positives and negatives of individual phases of system of education and suggestion eliminating their deficiencies.
Education for employees in an organization

The Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of education for employees in an organization. It is divided into two parts -- theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of training and development in the organization and the education system. The four phases of the basic cycle of systematic training in an organization are also characterised in this part. They are identifying needs of education, planning education, implementation of the training and it's evaluation, including measurements of it's efficiency. The analytical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the current education system in the company XY and is divided into two levels. First is the strategic level containing the chapter "Characteristics of the company XY and it's employment structure" and the chapter "Status of education in the company XY, which deals with the anchoring of the concept of education in the company XY and it's consistency with other HR activities. The second, system level focuses on the analysis of the four phases of education in the company XY, with all their attributes. In conclusion, I present a brief summary of the findings of the analysis and propose recommendations for improvement.
Analysis of the talents education system of GE Money Czech Republic

My work is focused on the analysis of the talent education systém in GE Money in the Czech republic. In the first part I tried to explain the basis for the education of talented employees, which are obviously based on the foundations of business education. An important part was the explanation of the evaluation of education, which I determine the methodology by which I will proceed in their work. Methodology - the methods of data collection, data sources and types of research, which I looked, I describe in the second part of the work. The third part was the practical part - here I describe the organization in which I wrote the work, its organizational structure, training in business generally, and of course the various educational programs for talented staff. I here describe the results of my empirical research. This was aimed primarily at finding weaknesses and strengths of individual programs and the testing of hypotheses and determine whether the difference between the variance between the sample and control in their own self-efficacy.
