Šimáčková, Anna ; Marádová, Eva (advisor) ; Kadrnožková, Monika (referee)
My thesis deals with the education and support of gifted and exceptionally gifted pupils at Czech multi-year gymnasia. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the support of gifted pupils is carried out in multi-year gymnasia we selected and what kind of teaching methods does teachers use when working with these pupils. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part summarizes findings on the issue of gifted students with an emphasis on their characteristics, identification and education. The course of the research investigation is described in the second part of the thesis. The results of the analysis of annual reports and school education programs of selected schools are evaluated here, and the results of the questionnaire survey are also discussed in this section. In addition to the form of support for gifted students at multi-year gymnasia, the connection between the form of support for gifted students with age, length of experience and teachers approval was also investigated. The conclusions of the research indicate that there is still insufficient support for gifted pupils. The methods that were mentioned most often by schools and by teachers are not very suitable for developing talents and supporting gifted students. This thesis is about importance of bread in diet, nutritional composition and the result of excessive at the human health. Part of the text deals with materials which are important section of research focused at enrichment of bread without negative effect on technical properties of dough. Is an effort to keep original sensory properties. Practical part deals with hemp, gourd, milk thistle and flax flours. This material was used in 5 or 10 % for baking 17 breads following the standard recipe. These breads were dried and grinded. Grounded breads were subjected to analysis of polyphenol content, antioxidant activity and nitrogen substance content. All breads containing oilseeds had better nutrition properties. There was not a problem with technological properties during dough processing.

Unjust enrichment in the Czech legal order
Pilík, Václav ; Švestka, Jiří (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jan (referee) ; Petr, Bohuslav (referee)
Václav Pilík. Unjustified Enrichment in the Czech Law. PhD thesis 1 Abstract This PhD thesis explores the legal institution of unjustified enrichment in the Czech private law. The subject is dealt in larger historical, theoretical and partly comparative relationships in order not to be reduced only to internal problems of the national regulation. A general view of unjustified enrichment (part one of this work), providing a systematic introduction to the problem, is hinder by different approaches, their overlapping and largely opened discourse on conceptual questions. Despite all that difficulties, found out by comparative legal studies of unjustified enrichment in the civil law and common law systems, it is necessary to undergo an attempt at expression of common features of the unjustified enrichment as a legal concept. Supposing that, we can describe three common features of unjustified enrichment: it is enrichment obtained at the expense of another and in a lawless way; the modern legal institute of unjustified enrichment rests on fragmentary historical basis, substantially completed by national factors of legal development (legislation, justice and doctrine); the enrichment is viewed as objective fact (at least in certain states of facts). Legal development of unjustified enrichment runs differently in...
Learning English: Exceptional ways and needs of exceptional children
Urban, Petr ; Hofmannová, Marie (advisor) ; Fořtíková, Jitka (referee)
This diploma thesis has outlined the issues of gifted education and the problems which this whole area of education faces. It introduced the basic topics related to the gifted population such as the gift itself, its division etc. In addition, it described the basic forms of work with gifted students, with emphasis on the importance of teacher training and introduced (using interviews) the personal characteristics of teachers which are considered by the gifted students important. Furthermore it presented specific training needs of gifted students and showed the possibilities in helping the gifted. In its second part, this diploma thesis also presented some of the unusual methods which can be used in the process of teaching and which are usually highly effective when presented to gifted students. Individual methods were analysed and possible applications of each of those were described. For a better understanding, each of the methods was accompanied by an example. During the research I realized even more that the issue of gifted children and gifted individuals in general in the Czech Republic is not sorted out adequately. There are still many challenges to solve before talented individuals will be given the space for their education and also the following application at work and in life. Therefore,...
Provozní ověření vlivu krmení raného plůdku jeseterovitých ryb obohacenými naupliemi žábronožky na jejich přežití a rychlost růstu
STARÝ, Jakub
The purpose of the experiment was to verify of the influence of enriched artemia salina on the growth and survival of American paddlefish larvae (Polyodon spathula) in operating conditions. The control group was compared with group which was fed by artemia enriched by preparation Red pepper. Control group was fed by nonenriched artemia. This preparation contained increased amount of vitamins A, C, D3 and E, but especially HUFA, mainly DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The larvae were fed by artemia only one week and then they were fed gradually by dry mixture for larvae. After a five-day co-feeding they were fed only by dry mixture for larvae. The whole experiment was 4 weeks. In the group which was fed by enriched artemia was statistically higher average weight (247.80 +- 40.36 mg) and average length of body (31.19 +- 1.03 mm) versus the control group. Average weight of control group was 140.76 +- 23.06 mg and average lenght of body was 25,27 +- 0.73 mm. Also average survival of the two groups was statistically different at the end of the experiment. The group which was fed by enriched artemia demonstrated an average survival 15.43 +- 2.90 %, while the control group only 2.20 +- 1.92 %. Only rate of cannibalism was not influenced by enrichment of artemia. But these results, mainly survival was negatively influenced by Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, which was detected on the skin after five days of the experiment. Another parameter was average amount of individual fatty acids in the body of larvae from both groups. In the group which was fed with enriched artemia was found statistically higher level of LA (linoleic acid), LNA (-linolenic acid) and DHA. On the other hand, higher levels of ARA (arachidonic acid), EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DPA (docosapentaenoic acid) was found in control group.
Vliv krmení raného plůdku jesetera malého \kur{(Acipenser ruthenus)\kur{}} obohacenými naupliemi žábronožky (r. \kur{Artemia\kur{}}) na jeho růst a přežití
VOLSKÝ, Jan
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of enrichment of Artemia on biometrical parameters and survival rate of sterlet larvae (Acipenser ruthenus). This kind of diet was succesfully used for some type of fish (Sturgeon,Cod, Bass). The theoretical part of the study is focused on using live feed for rearing fish larvae. Second part of the theoretical part of study is focused on current status of rearing fish larvae of sterlet. Experimental part of the bachelor thesis includes realizing an experiment of rearing sterlet larvae in recirculation system. Experiment includes 2 - 3 different kind of feed. The groups differed in the type of food and duration of live feeding. Fish larvae were fed non-enriched Artemia (control group), enriched Artemia with commercial emulsion Red Pepper and Artemia enriched with emulsion Olio3, always in 3 replicates. The duration of live feeding was 7 and 14 days before weaning to dry granulated food. Feeding was carried out 7 times per day. |The temperature of water will be in optimal rates for this type of fish (18 - 22 °C). The death will be recorded duringthe experiment. The duration of feeding is 21 - 30 days. During the experiment will be realized 4 controlled measurement. The Monitored parametres will be wet weight, growth (different variants), condition parametres, survival, canibalism. All parametres will be statistically tested.
