Diplomová práce se zabývá edukací a podporou nadaných a mimořádně nadaných žáků na českých víceletých gymnáziích. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem podpora nadaných žáků na vybraných víceletých gymnáziích probíhá a jaké výukové metody učitelé při práci s těmito žáky používají. Diplomovou práci tvoří dvě části. V první části jsou shrnuty poznatky o problematice nadaných žáků s důrazem na jejich charakteristiku, identifikaci a edukaci. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je popsán průběh výzkumného šetření. Tato část obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků analýzy výročních zpráv a školních vzdělávacích programů vybraných škol a také jsou v této části diskutovány výsledky proběhlého dotazníkového šetření. Kromě formy podpory nadaných žáků na víceletých gymnáziích byla zkoumána také souvislost mezi formou podpory nadaných a věkem, délkou praxe a aprobací pedagogů. Závěry výzkumného šetření ukazují na zatím stále nedostatečnou podporu nadaných žáků. Metody, které byly školami a učiteli uváděny nejčastěji, nejsou pro rozvoj nadání a podporu nadaných žáků příliš vhodné. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Nadání, talent, nadaný žák, edukace nadaných žáků, výukové metody, akcelerace, obohacování, víceletá gymnázia My thesis deals with the education and support of gifted and exceptionally gifted pupils at Czech multi-year gymnasia. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the support of gifted pupils is carried out in multi-year gymnasia we selected and what kind of teaching methods does teachers use when working with these pupils. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part summarizes findings on the issue of gifted students with an emphasis on their characteristics, identification and education. The course of the research investigation is described in the second part of the thesis. The results of the analysis of annual reports and school education programs of selected schools are evaluated here, and the results of the questionnaire survey are also discussed in this section. In addition to the form of support for gifted students at multi-year gymnasia, the connection between the form of support for gifted students with age, length of experience and teachers approval was also investigated. The conclusions of the research indicate that there is still insufficient support for gifted pupils. The methods that were mentioned most often by schools and by teachers are not very suitable for developing talents and supporting gifted students.
