Utilization of modern methods in integrated management system of construction company

Diploma thesis focuses on the use of modern methods in an integrated management system construction company. The first part is devoted to theoretical introduction of selected modern methods and process management. Describes the possibilities of using the cloud information system and the way of auditing of company processes by standards. In the practical part is introduced monitored company including a description of control mechanisms. The work is mainly focused on the analysis and identification of processes in construction company in selected area of managing the commissions. The final section contains design and implementation of information system and possibility for using of modern methods.

The diploma thesis deals with the description of design of an information system for a state institution, which will provide a secure repository for the exchange of documents between the institution and external users of online public administration services. The main purpose of this system is to be used especially for remote access to administrative proceedings files, thus extending the possibilities beyond the viewing defined by the current legislation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: the definition of the theoretical foundations, the analysis of the current situation and description of the system design.

eJustice in civil procedure Abstract This thesis deals with eJustice in civil proceedings, and specifically with electronic tools that can be used in civil proceedings. The purpose of the thesis was to describe and analyse the current legal regulation of the eJustice tools introduced so far from the perspective of civil proceedings using the descriptive method and the analytical method and to answer the research questions that the author asked in the introduction of the thesis. The thesis consists of seven chapters. The first chapter focuses on the relationship between eGovernment and eJustice. The second chapter provides an explanation of the concept of eJustice in civil proceedings. The third chapter maps the historical development of eJustice in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter describes the goals set for eJustice. The fifth chapter discusses the individual eJustice tools applicable in civil proceedings, namely electronic communication tools, tools for payment of court fees, tools related to obtaining information necessary for a decision, tools related to random allocation of ideas, tools related to the course of court proceedings and tools through which courts provide information about their activities to the public. Data boxes as a method of delivery in civil proceedings

The title of the thesis is "The data-boxes as a delivery method in civil proceedings". The thesis describes the significance of data-boxes in civil proceedings and deals with electronization of the legal institute of delivery. Delivery constitutes one of the basic legal institutes of civil proceedings which has undergone many changes in recent years. The key source of law for the given topic is law No. 99/1963 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code, as amended, especially by the amending law No. 7/2009 Coll., which has introduced obligatory use of the data-box-system in civil proceedings, and law No. 300/2008 Coll., on the Electronic Acts and Authorized Document Conversion, as amended, which has incorporated data-boxes into our legal system. The aim of the thesis is the analysis and subsequent comparison of the advantages of delivery via data-boxes. The thesis compares and evaluates various methods of delivery - delivery by means of a delivering body and by means of the public data network, i.e. particularly by means of an e-mail with electronic signature and by means of a data-box. Kyseláková, E. Computerization of public administration. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel university, 2018. This bachelor thesis deals with computerization of public administration and with associated benefits and disadvantages which arise during its establishment and functioning. The development and legislation is summarized and mainly the important terms are defined in the literary research. These terms are for example public administration portal, Czech POINT, data box, electronic signature, etc. Next in the research are described the advantages and disadvantages related to the computeri-zation of public administration. The main part of the thesis is concerned with instruments of computerization in public administration which are provided at the municipal office in Lelekovice. Next part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey concerning how the citizens of the village use the services given by the municipality. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, possible suggestions will be presented for the improvement of the deficiencies in the area of computerization of public administration, which were detected during the writing of this thesis.

Currently frequently discussed topic of computerization frames a focus of this thesis on the computerization of public procurement. Fastly changing legislation and rules for the public procurement tendering are being highly criticized, especially by participants of the public procurement tendering, who are influenced by above mentioned changes the most. An objective of this diploma thesis is an analysis of specific changes and processes caused by the computerization, that occur in a life cycle of the public procurement. In addition to the previous goal, this thesis elaborates on the computarization impact on general practice, and describes what are new requirements for contracting parties, emerging from electronic input of public procurements. The proposed diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the first explains the topic in theory, the latter in practice. In the first part devoted to theoretical foundation, the thesis draws from an executed research of available scientific sources. This foundation is then interlinked to the practical part of the thesis, which analyses the life cycle of public procurement. The aforementioned part uses a specific example of public procurement input from practice, and its execution under current rules in comparison to the rule regime valid in the past. Both regimes are described in compliance with corresponding laws. The specific example of public procurement is chosen from The National Electronic Tool, and segmented into several phases. A summary of partial outputs of the thesis is included in the conclusion of the diploma thesis as well as answers on questions asked in an introduction part of the thesis.
