Economic Analysis of the Stock Company VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic situation of the joint-stock company VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ and identify strengths and weaknesses of money management. Methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison are described in the theoretical part, namely vertical and horizontal analysis of absolute indicators, balance principles, analysis of financial ratios, economic value added, economic standards, bankruptcy and solvency models. The practical part of the thesis contains introduction of the company and wine production industry and application of described methods in time horizon of five years, 2009 - 2013. Outcomes of the economic analysis are accompanied by charts. The last section summarizes main results, strengths and weaknesses of the company and recommendation for the potential creditors. The economic situation of the joint-stock company VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ is not very good in last two years. Weaknesses are predominant, but company still generates profit. I would advise creditors to provide loan.

Influence of financial crisis on managing of the particular company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine how the management of Kamen Zbraslav, spol s.r.o. company was developed in 2007-2011 and to what extent was the company affected by financial crisis. Another objective is to evaluate the financial situation of the company. To evaluate the state of the company in particular years the methods of the financial analysis were used. This work is divided into four parts: introduction, theory, application and conclusion. Main meaning and methods of financial analysis are explained in theoretic part, in application part these methods are applied to Kamen Zbraslav company. How much has the financial crisis influenced this company is described in conclusion. Absolute, ratio and difference indicator methods are made in this thesis. Other areas the thesis is focused on are: economic value added, balance rules, bankruptcy and quality models, economic standards, decomposition of ROE and comparison with industry sector.

Financial analysis of Colorlak, a.s.

This bachelor thesis is focused on complex assessment of development of Colorlak, a.s. from 2006 to 2010. The company is analyzed with help of absolute and relative indicators, with respect to the rules of golden rules of accounting and economic standards. The next analysis is based on bankruptcy and financial standing models and then comparison with relevant industry indicators. The comparison uses Spider analysis. This thesis also includes possible prediction of future for the company. Data for analysis is mined from company annual reports, internal documents and information portal of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

Financial analysis of the Škoda Auto company

This bachelor's thesis financially analyses the Skoda Auto company; years 2006-2010. Its first part focuses on methodology and necessary theory, while the second one deals right with the company the financial situation of which is to be scrutinized, with look at the sector as such where useful. The last part summarizes obtained results and attempts to give certain recommendations on how to improve the functionality of said enterprise.
